The hotel have got a huge range of cuisine in breakfast and extremely good if you are a vegetarian. Good hospitality. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Some rooms give you a very pleasant view of the landscape.

The room is nice, clean and with all the comfort. The bathroom is also fine, clean and with all the necessary products. The project to protect the bees is very good and useful. We were happy to support it. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent even if you have to pay for such quality. The hotel is easy to be reached by car and parking places are available. The price is not cheap, but OK for the quality you get. Good for families with children. You should try it!

S	Stephen Goodner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. Turns out breakfast was not included; the passive staff answered our questions at least. But lukewarm and lackluster considering the high price tag. The room was fine. There was a candy wrapper on the floor and no minifridge in spite of the required high-price deposit. If you request bathrobes upon reserving, don't expect them to be there. Be aware that all you get is a standard hotel room. I thought I reserved an expensive 4-STAR hotel experience with a "SUPERIOR" room and a culinary breakfast experience, but it was really just a run-of-the-mill room and you need breakfast as an add-on when reserving (I didn't realize 20 Euros per person EXTRA was for the simple breakfast! Watch out for that!) Maybe it's the reality of traveling in August; prices and thus expectations are just higher. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention on the reservation. Maybe the hotel is better as an event venue. At the end of the day, it was a rather expensive stay in a normal, mostly tidy hotel room with a seemingly clean bathroom, and nothing included. For the price and the 4 stars, I don't think it was worth it, and I'm disappointed. I think it's an event venue trying to be a hotel; and I can't recommend it. Pass.

He requires us to pay for the hotel accommodation even we payed it before?. We argued for that. It turned out it was his(hotel's) mistake. If we didn't check the payment bill, we must pay 200euros more. Employee didn't concentrate on the work. The employee talked with the other employee A LOT when we checked in. I couln't believe this hotel is 4 stars hotel with those employees.

The issue that arose, however, concerns the degradation of the room provided, as while we booked a luxury room with a bathtub, we were finally given a simpler one, without the expected facilities, and with a parallel charge of a luxury room. When we reported the issue, we were informed that no further changes were possible due to fullness. We did not enter the process of asking for anything more, to ensure the placid course of our vacation in the beautiful city of Salzburg. I am sure, however, that the hotel could offer us something more in order for them to achieve our adequate satisfaction with the expected and ultimately unfulfilled services, but unfortunately there was no such care.
