Dreistelliger EUR-Betrag für angefangene, halbe Stunde Begutachtung (natürlich nicht vor Ort) eines 0815-Plans eines Geräteschuppens!!! Completely unfriendly to telephone questions (1x received completely unfriendly and snotty answer to questions about fire protection, 1 x question about appraisal very unfriendly answer). Three-digit EUR amount for half an hour or part thereof (of course not on site) of a 0815 plan of a tool shed !!!

Aufgrund von 2 Meter Höhe hab ich das Vorhaben bei der Gemeinde zur Bauanzeige gebracht, alles auf einer Din A4 Seite zusammengefasst. Der relevante Satz auf der Bauanzeige: "Die leichte Rankhilfe besteht aus 6 senkrechten Metallsäulen DM 80 mm Höhe 200cm und 5 waagrechten Rankdrähten. Die Metallsäulen werden mittels Betonfundament auf eigenem Grund befestigt." Für die Beurteilung dieses Satzes (kein Vor Ort Besuch) bekomme ich eine Rechnung für eine angefangene halbe Stunde über EUR 103,80. Der Rechnungsbetrag sollte der Leistung angemessen sein und das ist hier definitiv nicht der Fall! The relevant sentence on the building notice: "The light climbing aid consists of 6 vertical metal columns DM 80 mm high 200 cm and 5 horizontal climbing wires. The metal columns are attached to their own ground using a concrete foundation." For the assessment of this rate (no on-site visit) I get an invoice for a commenced half hour for EUR 103.80. The invoice amount should be appropriate to the performance and that is definitely not the case here!
