★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zu empfehlen!! IHabe Freitag kurz vor Geschäftsschluss eine neue Batterie für's Auto gebraucht da wir am Abend auf Urlaub gefahren sind! Der junge Mitarbeiter war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr kompetent,hat sich ,obwohl er anscheinend allein in der Werkstatt war sehr viel Zeit genommen und mein Problem schnell gelöst .
We recommend!! I needed a new battery for the car on Friday shortly before business hours because we went on vacation in the evening! The young employee was very helpful, friendly and very competent, even though he was apparently alone in the workshop, took a lot of time and quickly solved my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe hier zum ersten Mal einen genauso unfreundlichen wie inkompetenten Arbö-Mitarbeiter erlebt. Künftig werde ich wohl wieder bei meinem Stamm-Stützpunkt bleiben. Jeder kann mal einen schlechten Tag haben. Aber in einem Dienstleistungsjob muss man das eben hintanstellen.
It was the first time that I saw an Arbö employee who was as unfriendly as it was incompetent. In the future I will probably stay at my regular base again. Anyone can have a bad day. But in a service job you have to put that aside.
