★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich finde die Berater sehr gut!!!! Sehr geschult und helfen einen!!! Absolut freundlich!!!! Man muss halt seine Termine einhalten!!! Und sich auch benehmen können! !! Was manche arbeitslosen nicht tun!!!! Und die Berater merken ob du arbeiten willst oder nicht!!!! Ich muss sagen Hut ab!!!! Was die Berater sich manchmal gefallen lassen müssen ist eh ein Wahnsinn! !!!
I think the consultants are very good !!!! Very trained and help you !!! Absolutely friendly !!!! You have to keep your deadlines !!! And can also behave! !! What some unemployed don't do !!!! And the consultants notice whether you want to work or not !!!! I have to say hats off !!!! What the consultants sometimes have to put up with is insane anyway! !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i think it depond on socal worker mood also. sometime they had much work to do and may this can be the reason that sonetime they dont behave good. and just to sadisfied customer they sebd them to another room or next time appointments .but in generl they are helping mostly of thier customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was so cold and rude. He was screaming on my face that Deutsch Deutsch Deutsch. When I asked him how they can support new comers who need support in Austria while they can not speak English?! He turned down and gave me the paper said that I need to bring German translator. If I can pay for translator, I don't need any support from AMS. Anyway, thanks! Because the people like that push me think positive and movative in my life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really the worst among those AMS in Vienna. No need to say how impolite the staff is, they keep all printing paper to leave the printer empty and demand users to go to ask for them. They decided whether to give each time 10 papers (So this is how they spend their office hours for?), and we could only have "one quota" because we were going together. When we asked them for more, a staff said "NO MORE, show me what it is". What an insult that they would like to bring to the users, because they suppose those who go there is jobless and for them to look down on? I really doubt if the government knows what kind of people to hire if she does train them before giving them the job.
