★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt starke Unterschiede zwischen den Angestellten bezüglich Beratung und Unterstützung. Manche Berater behandeln einen von oben herab und man bekommt das Gefühl ein Mensch zweiter Klasse zu sein. Niemand ist gerne arbeitslos!
There are big differences between employees in terms of advice and support. Some consultants treat you from above and you get the feeling of being a second class person. Nobody likes to be unemployed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem unfreundlich, wenn man etwas braucht keine Antworten, aber sofort Probleme wenn sie etwas brauchen und man selbst nicht schon am esten 3 Tage vorher alles macht. Selten so ein unfreundliches, herablassendes Personal gesehen.
Extremely unfriendly, when you need something no answers, but problems immediately when you need something and you don't do everything yourself 3 days in advance. Rarely seen such unfriendly, condescending staff.
