M	Martina Berti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gestern das erste Mal nach 15 Jahren wieder mal dort und war absolut positiv überrascht! SO hatte ich das AMS nicht in Erinnerung. Es gibt nun die super praktische Möglichkeit, gewisse Leistungen online abzuwickeln, ohne extra persönlich hin fahren zu müssen. Damit die Bearbeitung aber noch schneller geht, wurde ich von der zuständigen Betreuerin angerufen. Diese war furchtbar nett, auch bei dem Treffen dort dann. Ich wurde sofort rein gerufen, die Dame war sehr hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen nett zu mir und meinem Kind. Alles sehr sauber und modern. Ich ging mit einem guten Gefühl wieder raus. Einziger Horror dort: Die grauenvolle SPINNEN-INVASION auf den Parkplätzen draußen!! Sowas hab ich überhaupt noch nirgends wo gesehen in DEM Ausmaß! Als Spinnen-Phobiker hatte ich echt Zustände weil die Netze und die fetten Spinnen die überall von der Decke und den Wänden hingen, echt ÜBERALL waren. Was yesterday for the first time after 15 years again there and was absolutely positively surprised! SO I did not remember the AMS. There is now the super practical way to do certain services online without having to go there personally. In order for the processing to go even faster, I was called by the responsible supervisor. This was awfully nice, even at the meeting there then. I was immediately called in, the lady was very helpful and very nice to me and my child. Everything was very clean and modern. I left feeling good again. Only horror there: The gruesome SPIDER INVASION on the parking lots outside !! Something like that, I've never seen anywhere where in the extent! As a spider-phobiker I had real states because the nets and the fat spiders that hung everywhere from the ceiling and the walls were really EVERYWHERE.
E	Erwin Rossmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wartezeiten trotz Termin oft eine Frechheit...ich bin nicht so leicht vermittelbar weil nicht ganz gesund und wurde fast bei jedem Termin zu einem anderen Betreuer weiterverwiesen...der jetzige ist wenigstens nett, deshalb 3 Sterne. Wenn man mit Menschen zu tun hat sollte man eine gewisse Sozialkompetenz haben, die haben nur wenige der Mitarbeiter des AMS St. Pölten...wenn das meine Angestellten wären würde ich ihnen eine Basisschulung in menschlichem Verhalten auf's Auge drücken! Waiting times despite the appointment often a cheek ... I am not so easy to be placed because not very healthy and was referred to a different supervisor almost at every appointment ... the current one is at least nice, therefore 3 stars. When you deal with people you should have a certain social competence, only a few of the employees of the AMS St. Pölten have ... if these were my employees I would put a basic training in human behavior on their eyes!
G	Gudrun Beilschmidt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manche reden wirklich schlecht über das AMS, ich persönlich war und bin sehr zufrieden. Meine Betreuerin ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowie auch die Leistungen von AMS Vorschläge sowie Planung oder Änderungen sind gut organisiert und helfen wirklich weiter. Es hängt immer am Wollen ab. Some people talk really badly about the AMS, personally I was and am very satisfied. My supervisor is extremely friendly and helpful. As well as the AMS services, suggestions, planning or changes are well organized and really help. It always depends on the will.

S	S G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eines der wenigen Ams Centers die immer bemüht und freundlich zu mir waren, und keinen Druck auf mich ausübten. Man ging dort menschlich und fair mit mir um, von daher verdienen sie sich diese 5 Sterne. One of the few Ams Centers that were always eager and friendly to me and didn't put any pressure on me. They treated me humanely and fairly, so they deserve these 5 stars.
A	Alexandra Bründlinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier ist man ein Mensch 2.Klasse, auf die Ausbildung wird bei den Stellenanzeigen keine Rücksicht genommen, falsche Informationen werden verbreitet, um Geld zu sparen, Langzeitarbeitslose Schauspieler bekommen die Lehrerausbildung bezahlt, die Ausbildung wird abgewertet, man soll ans andere Ende Saison arbeiten gehen, 6 Tagewoche, ohne Rücksicht auf Kinder, private Situation, es vergeht wertvoll Zeit und man endet als Bettlerin Selbstwertgefühl hat man ohnehin keines mehr. Man wird herumgeschickt arbeitet sich bei Festen zu Tode, schreibt tausende Bewerbungen, will eine Umschulung, bekommt nichts, dann soll man Hilfsjob mit Schmerzen annehmen Here you are a 2nd class person, the training is not taken into account in the job advertisements, false information is disseminated in order to save money, long-term unemployed actors get paid for teacher training, the training is devalued, you should go to work at the other end of the season , 6 days a week, regardless on children, private situation, it passes preciously Time and you end up as a beggar You don't have any self-esteem any more. E	Emi 96 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wir sehr unfreundlich mit den Kunden umgegangen und die Vermittlungsvorschläge sind mehr als nur ein Witz! Es wird überhaupt nicht darauf geachtet was man für eine Ausbildung hat! Und auch wenn einem gesagt wird man müsse sich zB in Wien nicht bewerben wird einem 2 Tage später das Geld gestrichen da dieses Gespräch auf einmal nie stattgefunden hat. Auch wenn man 100 versucht die unfreundlichsten Mitarbeiter des unfähigsten Unternehmens in ganz St. Pölten zu bitten das man doch wenigstens einmal darauf achten kann was man gelernt hat, welche Ausbildung man hat und man die Job-Angebote darauf anpassen solle, wird das Geld gestrichen. Die drohen einem damit Geld zu streichen wenn jmd niest und man gerade zufällig nicht „Gesundheit“ sagt. Einfach eine totale Katastrophe. Offensichtlich auch intern, aber ehrlich gesagt ist das nicht das Problem der AMS-Kunden. We dealt with the customers very unfriendly and the mediation proposals are more than just a joke! Der Betreuer kommt einfach nicht dann soll sich wer anders um dich kümmern und diese lassen dich eine halbe Stunde sitzen. Let us wait 30 minutes for agreed appointments, even though nobody else is there, or forget about us. The supervisor just doesn't come, then someone else should take care of you and they let you sit for half an hour.
