Die Beraterin war unglaublich unhöflich und unmotiviert. Wenn ich weniger als 1 Stern geben könnte würde ich es sofort tun. The clerk at the front desk made me wait 10 minutes because he had a private call on the phone. The counselor was incredibly rude and unmotivated. If I could give less than 1 star I would do it immediately.

Termine werden nicht eingehalten, wichtige Dokumente "verschwinden" und Beratung wäre ohnehin ein sehr überschwänglicher Ausdruck. The consultants' work ethic is absolutely non-existent. Deadlines are not kept, important documents "disappear" and advice would be a very exuberant expression anyway.

Man sollte doch meinen, dass Personen die beim AMS tätig sind zumindest sinnerfassend lesen können, doch auch dieser (niedrige) Standard ist nicht gegeben. Incapable, incompetent and above all unmotivated staff who should urgently work on their own work attitude. One would think that people who work for the AMS can at least read meaningfully, but this (low) standard is not given either.

Ich bin vor kurzem ins Burgenland gezogen und hatte auch hier eine Arbeit jetzt ist die Saison vorbei und da meihnte die Dame allen ernstes nein im Burgeland gibts keine Arbeit für sie wir schicken sie nach Wien. Als Mutter eines Kleinkindes das wegen Corona den Kindergarten lange Zeit leider nicht besuchen konnte und selbst psychisch unter der Situation litt wurde ich, ohne Verständnis für meine Situation mit viel Druck und Telefonterror weitervermittelt!
