★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist hier an und fürsich schon zu viel vergeben. Meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Service waren leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Während jeglicher Interaktion wurde ich mit Inkompetenz, Unzuverlässigkeit und Unwissenheit über innerbetriebliche Abläufe seitens der Mitarbeiter konfrontiert. Ich warte seit nunmehr über zwei Monaten auf die Bearbeitung eines Antrages und habe bisher weder eine Bestätigung, noch das mir zustehende Geld erhalten. Auch habe ich seit diesem Zeitraum keinen Versicherungsanspruch. Meistens wird es so gedreht, dass die "zuständige Person" im Moment keine Zeit hat, aber ein Rückruf für denselben Tag veranlasst wird - man möge doch bitte unbedingt erreichbar sein. Jener Rückruf kommt anschließend drei Tage später und 10 Minuten vor Servicehotline-Schluss, sodass "leider" niemand mehr erreichbar ist, sollte man diesen Anruf knapp versäumen.
Für mich ist dieser Umgang und "Service" - salopp ausgedrückt - eine Frechheit.
 A star is here and too much is already forgiven. My experience with this service was unfortunately not satisfactory. During every interaction I was confronted with incompetence, unreliability and ignorance about internal processes on the part of the employees. I have been waiting for over two months to process an application and have so far received neither a confirmation nor the money I am entitled to. I also have no insurance claim since this period. Mostly it is shot in such a way that the "responsible person" has no time at the moment, but a call back is arranged for the same day - please be reachable. That callback comes three days later and 10 minutes before the service hotline closes, so that "unfortunately" nobody can be reached anymore, should you miss this call.
For me, this handling and "service" - to put it casually - is a cheek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheinbar haben die Damen und Herren durchgehend Telefontermine und 2 Wochen keine Zeit eine wichtige Auskunft zu erteilen ?? der Rückruf ist dann irgendwann,immerhin kann man ja immer und überall alles stehen und liegen lassen um was zu Besprechen. Wirklich mühsam.
Apparently the ladies and gentlemen have telephone appointments all the time and 2 weeks no time to provide important information ?? the callback will be at some point, after all you can always and everywhere leave everything and talk about something. Really tedious.
