Allerdings wer Wert auf professionelle Anleitung, tatsächlicher Erfolg bei Body-Shaping und gute Investition von EUR 14, für 50 Minuten sucht, ist wohl woanders besser aufgehoben.
Ich habe den Kurs nach der Hälfte der Einheiten verlassen, weil mir eine unmotivierte Trainerin, unkoordinierte Übungen (die man fast als gesundheitsschädigend einstufen könnte), ständiger Hausfrauentratsch während der gesamten Einheit, unsensibler Umgang mit Gesundheitsdaten, unpersönlicher und schlechter Abwicklung des Ticketkaufvorganges und teilweiser Bevormundung nicht so gut gefallen hat. Schade! Wer allerdings planlos plantschen und neue Leute kennen lernen als Zeitvertreib sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

However, if you are looking for professional guidance, actual success in body shaping and a good investment of EUR 14 for 50 minutes, you are probably better off elsewhere.
I left the course halfway through the units because of an unmotivated trainer, uncoordinated exercises (which could almost be classified as harmful to health), constant housewife gossip during the entire unit, insensitive handling of health data, impersonal and poor handling of the ticket purchase process and partial paternalism didn't like it that much. Pity! However, if you are looking for a haphazard splash and meet new people to pass the time, you are in good hands here.
