Problèmes identiques sur 2 appareils Onkyo haut de gamme et la société Aqipa ne répond ni aux mail , ni aux lettres recommandées avec A.R. Très déçu du comportement d'une telle marque... Je déconseille fortement.

Service-Anfragen über die Pioneer Website werden seit Wochen nicht bearbeitet, und Templates laufen ins Leere. Für Kunden nach dem Kauf nicht mehr erreichbar.

Sehr unfreundlich am Telefon... Wenn du nicht gerade großkunde bist interessiert die nichts. Normalerweise sollte jeder potentieller Kunde freundlich behandelt werden...

This is the company that supplies and services Pioneer, Onkyo, Integra, Teac and Esoteric equipment in Europe. Completely useless company, I have been fighting with them and their "approved" service provider in the UK for over 8 months!!! They took my high end AV receiver for warranty repair and 9 months later I am still with no equipment! They offered me an inferior replacement product and when I refused, they are basically ignoring me. I have requested that they provide their official complaints and escalation procedure/form but they didn't provide one. I can only assume they don't have one, which means they are not ISO9001 certified, so they are a joke of a company. Next step is legal action as currently I am out of pocket with no equipment :( USELESS! AVOID!!!! EDIT FOLLOWING AQIPA RESPONSE: I have supplied the requested details to the email they have provided on the same day as I received the reply below but so far no response has come through, not even an acknowledgement that they received my email! Fast to respond to my review to make it look like they are prepared to resolve it quickly but this is not the case!
