APS Immobilien GmbH vermittelt wurde und konnte mir somit den Makler nicht aussuchen, hätte es aber besser nicht erwischen können. Die Fa. APS Immobilien GmbH mit ihrem Geschäftsführer Mag. Klein steht für Kompetenz, Seriosität und Kostenehrlichkeit. Das Essay, das ich nach E-Mail-Anfrage umgehend zugemailt bekam beschrieb ausführlich die Gegend und Ausstattung/Beschaffenheit der Immobilie, zeigte ausreichend Fotos und wies aber auch übersichtlich auf die zu erwartenden Nebenkosten hin, wie Maklerprovision, Eintragsungsgebühr und Grunderwerbssteuer. Der Besichtigungstermin bestätigte meinen ersten Eintruck. Gut vorbereitet beantwortete Herr Mag. Klein all meine gestellten Fragen. Besonders gut gefiel mir, dass mir die Immobilie nicht eingeredet wurde und man bestrebt war, dass ich mir objektiv eine Meinung bilden kann. Jederzeit gerne wieder! I was a buyer of a property, which was mediated by the company APS Immobilien GmbH and I could not choose the broker, but it could not have gotten better. The company APS Immobilien GmbH with its managing director Mag. Klein stands for competence, seriousness and cost-honesty. The essay, which I emailed immediately after e-mail request described in detail the area and equipment / condition of the property, showed sufficient photos and also pointed out clearly on the expected additional costs, such as brokerage commission, registration fee and land transfer tax. The viewing confirmed my first entry. Well prepared, Mr. Mag. Klein answered all my questions. I especially liked that I was not persuaded of the property and was anxious that I can objectively form an opinion. Again any time!

First of all, Mr.Klein has a good command of English, what facilitated the whole deal a lot. He helped very much with discussions of the contract and conditions with the owner, and always provided balanced and reasonable professional opinion. Through the whole process, which lasted for more than 2 months he always remained attentive, patient and was always available for questions. I’d recommend APS Immo and Mr.Klein to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustable real estate agent. Irina B.
R	Rita Di Giovanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately it was a disaster, The real estate agent "Frau Edith Stern" first gave me an appointment at 10:00 then she noticed me 30min before that the appointment was cancelled. So I Scheduled a new appointment, I went to see the apartment and when I left I asked to the real estate agent (Frau Edith Stern) for the formular to fill in and Frau "Stern" told me she would have get in touch with me later, since then I have never received the answer from Frau "Stern" and I have never had the chance zu konkurrieren for the flat. I totally advice against this company or at least against this agent "Frau Stern". Totally unprofessional and not international at all.
