Das Programm ist übersichtlich und einfach zu handhaben, bietet alles, was ich für den Praxisalltag benötige und erspart mir gerade hinsichtlich der Abrechnung viel Zeit und Mühe. Besonders wertvoll empfinde ich die Unterstützung des Support-Teams - ich wurde vom ersten Kennenlernen der Software bei jeder Frage und jedem Anliegen begleitet, stets wurde versucht, auch Lösungen für speziellere Fragestellungen zu finden. Dafür möchte ich mich an dieser Stelle auch noch einmal herzlich bedanken! I digitized my practice 2 months ago and use appointmed for documentation as well as for accounting. The program is clear and easy to use, offers everything I need for everyday practice and saves me a lot of time and effort, especially with regard to billing. I find the support of the support team to be particularly valuable - I was accompanied by every question and concern from the first time I got to know the software, and I always tried to find solutions to more specific questions. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for this!

Sowohl mit dem Handy, als auch über den Laptop kann die App/Software sehr einfach bedient werden, so hat man immer alles mit ein paar Klicks im Blick. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Team rund um appointmed. Egal bei welchem Anliegen, der Support erfolgt super schnell, freundlich und entgegenkommend! Kann appointmed absolut jedem empfehlen, der seine Praxis digitalisieren möchte! :) I have been using appointmed for almost a year now and manage to keep my documentation, scheduling and billing almost paperless. Goodbye note chaos! The app / software can be operated very easily with a mobile phone as well as a laptop, so you always have everything at a glance with just a few clicks. Particularly noteworthy is the appointmed team. Regardless of the matter, the support is super fast, friendly and accommodating! Software hat bald jemand, aber Menschen dahinter die einem unmittelbar und jederzeit Support bieten, das ist in Zeiten wie diesen ein wertvolles Gut, und das Team um appointmed liefert das mit Bravour!! After a long journey through various forms of documentation, I do not regret having used appointmed's services earlier.
