Dit jaar voor het 2e opeenvolgende jaar en we komen hier nog vaker terug. Top Ferienwohnung! Gut, sauber, modern, gute Lage und jetzt auch noch einen wunderschönen Wellnessbereich. Wir waren hier jetzt das zweite Mal und werden auch in der Zukunft wieder kommen. Magnificent apartment! Goed, nice, modern, goede locatie en nu ook nog een mooi wellness Gedeelte. The jaar voor het 2e opeenvolgende jaar en we come here nog vaker terug. Top apartment! Good, clean, modern, good location and now a wonderful wellness area. We have been here for the second time now and will be back in the future.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal Gast in diesem tollen Quartier. Alles war so, wie es beschrieben war. Phantastische Lage, alles neu und gepflegt, nette Gastgeberin. Bis bald mal wieder. We had a wonderful week in Simone's house. We liked the apartment very much, we were definitely not our last guest in this great neighborhood. Everything was as it was described. Fantastic location, everything new and well-kept, nice hostess. See you again soon.
r	ralf lorenz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo! Wir waren von Ende Juli bis August '20 für 14 Tage bei Simone Klotz einquartiert. Die kleine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss 《mit einem sehr schönen Bad》 war liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Diese Wohnung verfügt, das sei nur zur Orientierung angemerkt, nicht über einen Balkon (Erdgeschoss halt!) aber leider auch nicht über eine separate Terrasse. Simone, unsere Gastgeberin, war immer zur Stelle und half, wo es nötig war. Außerdem scheinen Familien mit Kindern hier sehr gut aufgehoben zu sein. Eine sehr [kinder-] freundliche und aufmerksame Atmosphäre. Im Keller des Hause befindet sich ferner eine echt schöne und neue Saune mit Ruheraum und Dusche. Habe ich etwas vergessen? Wir jedenfalls würden hier bei Simone erneut einkehren, um unseren Urlaub zu verbringen. Hello! We stayed with Simone Klotz for 14 days from the end of July to August '20. The small apartment on the ground floor 《with a very nice bathroom》 was lovingly furnished and clean. This apartment does not have a balcony (ground floor!), But unfortunately also not a separate terrace. Simone, our hostess, was always there and helped where it was needed. In addition, families with children seem to be in very good hands here. A very [child] friendly and attentive atmosphere. In the basement of the house there is also a really nice and new sauna with relaxation room and shower. Did I forgot something? In any case, we would stop here at Simone's again to spend our vacation.

Het appartement is van alle luxe voorzien, prima bedden en een prachtige badkamer met regendouche. Vanuit haus simone ben je zo bij de bakker ( 50 m) en verschillende restaurantjes ( aanbevelenswaardig is de Italiaan.) Wandelingen zijn er genoeg. Ga vooral naar de Seebensee. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, wij komen zeker weer terug. Bedankt Simone en familie We had a great week in your apartment and also in the beautiful Ehrwald. The apartment is equipped with every luxury, excellent beds and a beautiful bathroom with rain shower. From haus simone you can easily reach the bakery (50 m) and several restaurants (the Italian is recommended.) There are plenty of walks. Especially go to the Seebensee. Definitely worth repeating for us, we will definitely be back. Thank you Simone and family

Eine Bäckerei befindet sich in direkter Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnungen sind allesamt hochwertig eingerichtet. Das hauseigene WLAN sorgt für aktuelle Internet Versorgung. Ich kann die Appartement uneingeschränkt empfehlen. The Simone apartments are centrally located on Ehrwald's Martinsplatz. It is only a few meters to the center on the church square. A bakery is in the immediate vicinity. The apartments are all furnished to a high quality. The in-house WLAN ensures that the Internet is up-to-date. I can unreservedly recommend the apartment.
M	Manfred Gelz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben nach 2019 und 2020 nun zum dritten Mal unseren Skiurlaub in Ehrwald bei Simone im Appartment "Sonnenspitze" verbracht. Eine super eingerichtete, moderne Ferienwohnung, die, da nun auch im zweiten Schlafzimmer ein Flatscreen hängt, keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr gerne wieder. After 2019 and 2020, we have spent our skiing holiday in Ehrwald with Simone in the "Sonnenspitze" apartment for the third time. A superbly furnished, modern holiday apartment which, since there is now a flat screen in the second bedroom, leaves nothing to be desired. We would love to come back next year.

Na een verblijf van ruim een week kunnen wij dat zeker zeggen. Schoon, fris en op een werkelijk geweldige locatie in Erwald met uitzicht op de Sonnespitze en vanaf het balkon ook op de Zugspitze . En de ontvangst van Simone zelf aller vriendelijkst en hartelijk. Met oog voor details is ons appartement op de eerste etage vormgegeven. En wat zeker niet onvermeld mag blijven is de sauna die je beneden in het zelfde complex aantreft. Een zeer ruime sauna met aparte douche en relax ruimte. Ook net zo fraai vormgegeven als het appartement. Met een zeer uitgebreide keuken voorzien van alle gemakken. En prima bedden voorzien van een topper. Top dus. Een echte aanrader. You have holiday apartments and Top apartments. And the latter especially applies to Apartments Simone. After a stay of more than a week, we can say that for sure. Clean, fresh and in a really great location in Erwald with a view of the Sonnespitze and from the balcony also the Zugspitze. And the reception of Simone herself is very friendly and warm. Our apartment on the first floor has been designed with an eye for details. And what should certainly not go unmentioned is the sauna that you will find downstairs in the same complex. A very spacious sauna with separate shower and relaxation area. Also just as beautifully designed as the apartment. With a very extensive kitchen with all amenities. And good beds with a topper. So great. Highly recommended.
