Danke für einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Super apartment, quiet area, private beach, enough beach chairs, rowing boat, pedal boat, stand-up paddle, everything was very clean, bread rolls and laundry service and last but not least friendly, nice and helpful hosts. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause unter Freunden. We are here again after a few years. This plant right on the lake is a dream. Great apartments and a great host couple. You feel like you're at home among friends.

L	Lori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Kinder da gewesen, dafür ein Paradies! Die Lage ist super, der Seezugang einmalig. Leider nicht sonderlich Hundefreundlich. Been there as children, a paradise for that! The location is great, the lake access is unique. Unfortunately not very dog-friendly.

Viele Tipps für Wanderungen und Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung von der Hausherrin waren ein Volltreffer. Wir alle haben die Gastfreundschaft in diesem Haus sehr genossen. In den Appartments fehlt es an nichts und die Aussicht ist einfach genial. Wir sind ohne Auto angereist, für ein verlängertes Wochenende ist das kein Problem, wenn man gerne wandert die Natur und den schönen See geniessen möchte. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfiehlt sich ein Auto, weil Kärnten viele schöne Ecken zu entdecken hat.... We (6 women) spent a super great weekend in the Strandschlössel. Many tips for hikes and activities in the vicinity from the landlady were a direct hit. We all really enjoyed the hospitality in this house. Nothing is missing in the apartments and the view is simply brilliant. We came without a car, so that's no problem for a long weekend if you like to hike, enjoy nature and enjoy the beautiful lake. A car is recommended for a longer stay because Carinthia has many beautiful corners to discover ....

Lage : traumhafte Lage direkt am See mit einem umwerfenden Panoramablick auf den See und den Bergen. Hier fühlt man sich gleich wie im Paradies.Die Anlage und die Liegewiese am See sind Top gepflegt. Liegen, Schirme,Boot und Wassertretboot sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Mehr geht nicht !! Die Ferienwohnungen sind in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Alles sehr hell und freundlich und von sehr guter Qualität. Alle Wohnungen sind wahlweise mit Balkon oder Terasse ausgestattet und das mit einem wundervollen Blick auf den See.Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist kaum bzw. schwer zu übertreffen. Es gibt auch einen Brötchenservice was wirklich sehr schön ist. Pünktlich am Morgen hängt das bestellte Backwerk an der Tür. Prima ! Ein Traum ! Familie Heitzmann kümmert sich wirklich liebevoll um ihre Gäste und sie sind für jedes noch so kleine Problem zur Stelle. Wo gibt es sowas noch ? In Seeboden bei Familie Heitzmann natürlich !! Hier kann man sich wirklich über nichts beschweren. Kurze Anmerkung noch zum Ort Seeboden und Umgebung : Hier ist wirklich alles möglich. Wandern,Radfahren, Baden,Wassersport und noch viele andere Aktivitäten. Jeder wie er mag. Im Ort gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( sogar Sonntags geöffnet !! ) und viele Restaurants mit einheimischen Speisen und Getränken. Für uns ist es einfach ein wundervoller Ort zur Erholung und Entspannung. Überzeuge dich selbst davon !!! Gute Reise und viel Spaß. Have been in this beautiful place for seven years and there will probably be many more. Location: fantastic location right on the lake with a stunning panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Here you feel like you are in paradise. The grounds and the sunbathing lawn by the lake are very well maintained. Loungers, umbrellas, boats and water pedal boats are also available. More is not possible !! The apartments are in excellent condition. Everything is very bright and friendly and of very good quality. All apartments are optionally equipped with a balcony or terrace and that with a wonderful view of the lake. The cleanliness of the rooms is hard to beat. There is also a bread service which is really nice. Right on time in the morning, the ordered baked goods are hanging on the door. Great ! A dream ! The Heitzmann family really takes care of their guests and they are there for every problem, no matter how small. Where else is there? In Seeboden with the Heitzmann family, of course !! You really can't complain about anything here. A short note on the town of Seeboden and the surrounding area: Everything is really possible here. Hiking, cycling, swimming, water sports and many other activities. Everyone as he likes. There are various shops in town (even open on Sundays!) And many restaurants with local food and drinks. For us it is simply a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Convince yourself of it! Have a nice trip and a lot of fun.
K	Katja Wartenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Familie fährt nun schon seit 6 Jahren zu den lieben Heitzmanns ins wunderschön gelegene Strandschlössl - direkt am See gelegen, genießt man hier die Ruhe und tankt Kraft und Energie auf dem Bankerl am Bootssteg, entspannt sich in der Außensauna direkt im Bootshaus gelegen, springt in den klaren Millstätter See, genießt den See mit den hauseigenen SUP's oder dem Ruderboot/ Tretboot. Die Appartments - alle mit Seeblick ,Balkon /Terrasse sind großzügig, top sauber, modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Meist sind wir in den Skiferien hier - da ist hier absolute Ruhe...das Skigebiet Goldeck ist zwar klein aber fein. Der Wochenskipass mit Vermieterrabat preislich nicht zu vergleichen mit großen Skigebieten. Die Pisten top und meist leer - Platz genug um zu Carven mit atemberaubenden Fernblick auf 2000m über die gesamte Alpenkette. Wir sind hier meist mit 2 weiteren Familien, genießen die gemeinsame Zeit und haben auch wieder für nächstes Jahr vorreserviert. Danke, liebe Susanne für Deine Gastfreundschaft, Fürsorge und Großzügigkeit - bei Euch fühlen wir uns immer herzlich Willkommen, angekommen und nach dem Urlaub gestärkt für den Alltag? Our family has been going to the lovely Heitzmanns in the beautifully situated Strandschlössl for 6 years now - located directly on the lake, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here and recharge your batteries on the bank at the jetty, relax in the outdoor sauna located directly in the boathouse, jump in the clear Millstätter See, enjoy the lake with the in-house SUP's or the rowing boat / pedal boat. The apartments - all with a lake view, balcony/terrace are spacious, very clean, modern and functional. We are usually here on ski holidays - there is absolute peace here... the Goldeck ski area is small but nice. The price of the weekly ski pass with landlord discount cannot be compared with large ski areas. The slopes are great and mostly empty - enough space to carve with a breathtaking view at 2000m over the entire chain of the Alps. We are usually here with 2 other families, enjoy the time together and have reserved again for next year.
