Appartements Stefania - Steinach 39

Vou anualmente ao Tirol para praticar snowboard e há 5 anos sempre fico nos Apartamentos de Stefania. Os apartamentos são confortáveis, limpos e espaçosos. O ambiente é acolhedor e familiar. Tösens está próximo a ótimas estações : Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Nauders, Samnaun/Ischgl . Ali tenho tudo o que necessito. Recomendo !

Wirklich nette Gastgeber, gute Betten, gemütliche Zimmer und eine schöne Aussicht! Es wurde sich viel um uns gekümmert, um uns alles recht zu machen. Skibus muss angemeldet werden aber das ist kein Problem wenn man den Tag vernünftig plant. Der Busfahrer hat mich sogar einmal extra zu einem anderen Lift gebracht. Alles in allem gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Appartement,mit schönem Garten dabei, und ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.Auch Hunde sind willkommen,waren vor 2 Wochen da,und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,.Wir werden wiederkommen.Sehr empfehlenswert.???

Price/Quality a great place to stay close to many ski resorts. We go there with a group for many years.

Simple, clean cozy, good value accommodation incredibly well situated for many amazing ski resorts.

With regret, I’ve got to say Apartments Stefania was pretty disappointing stay and fell below our expectations. (Please note I am writing a review for adjacent house, apparently also owned by Cristian and his family). As a group of eleven people we were very excited and anticipated our ski holiday to meet standards very much you would expect throughout Austrian part of the Alps. Well, as you probably already sensed from first few sentences this was not the case. Both flats were very, very basic, lack of ski storage facility, uncomfortable beds, cold rooms during the day, poor internet wi-fi connection, no hot water or when there was, you have to be specially trained to succeed to bring it up to the tap. (You got to use special system of running basin tap + shower tap together to get hot water running). Initially we were booked in the main villa but for some unknown reasons our host suggested that we stay in the house next door, assuming it has got similar living conditions as the main one. Well, think again? Even though the price for our stay had not changed and we’ve been asked to pay up total amount on the very first day of our arrival. Basement flat was pretty much shocking, and I consider myself lucky to have chosen a room in the flat above. Bunk beds, not as clean as you would perhaps expect for the price we paid, very low ceilings ( I guess that must have been a cellar, converted into living accommodation) After all above, I have to add that Cristian was always there when needed ( and we needed him a lot during our stay ) and he was very polite. Unfortunately, that was the last time he will get my booking. Good luck Cristian, and piece of advice please improve your accommodation. We may come from Eastern Europe but after all we pay with the same euro banknotes as the lovely people from Central & Western Europe.

The best cozy place! I've been there already 3 times on my yearly ski week in Austria. Staff is super friendly and the place has a great location. The shared living room is super cozy and nice, and we always have had a great time there. I will repeat next year without doubting!

Very friendly host. Always there to help and give information. 3 brand new shower cells to enjoy after a day of active skiing. Great apartment for 2 or even 3 families. We used this during winter 2019. We could use a private bus to go to fiss get back to the apartment.
