Bagno piccolissimo con porta scorrevole a fianco al cucinino, pessima soluzione, cucinino striminzito, 2 piastre elettriche vicino al lavello. Letto matrimoniale un po duro ma buono, il resto dei letti a divano letto nel salottino. Di positivo, pulitissimo, con un discreto giardino dove i ragazzi possono giocare a pallone, infatti la sera erano quasi sempre in giardino a giocare, possibilità di utilizzo del barbecue con tavoli in giardino disponibili, fatto quasi tutte le sere che il tempo lo permetteva Poi il posto vicino al supermercato e alla spiaggia.
