N	Norbert Hetjens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut gelegenes Apartmenthaus, oberhalb der Stadtmitte. Gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wobei vom Apartment in die Stadt angenehmer ist als umgekehrt (da es mehr Bergauf geht). Apartment 28 ist schön groß und sauber, wenn auch rustikal eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Apartment ist herrlich. Es gibt einen Brötchen Service. Der Saunabereich ist schön groß, für gut 6 Personen gleichzeitig. Infrarot Kabine ist auch vorhanden. Der Skibus ist direkt vor der Tür. Man ist quasi der erste der Einsteig und auch der erste der Aussteig, da der Bus immer im Kreis fährt. Well located apartment house, above the city center. Good to reach on foot. The apartment in the city is more pleasant than vice versa (as it is more uphill). Apartment 28 is a good size and clean, if rustic furnished. The view from the apartment is lovely. There is a bread roll service. The sauna area is a good size, for a good 6 people at the same time. Infrared cabin is also available. The ski bus is right outside the door. One is almost the first of the boarding and also the first of the exit, because the bus always runs in a circle.
F	Frank Redlich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau und ich reisen seit einigen Jahren im September nach Österreich um uns in den Bergen vom Alltagsstress zu erholen.die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend zum Wandern, der Panoramablick aus unserer Wohnung ist unbezahlbar. Die Einrichtung das Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber erfüllen im vollem Umfang ihren Zweck. Das Zimmer sowie die Treppenhaus waren sehr Sauber. Das Bett wie zuhause, wir haben sehr selten im Urlaub so gut geschlafen. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, mit anderen Worten wenn etwas nicht klappt oder fehlt, wird sofort reagiert. Alles in allem hat es uns an nichts gefehlt was man für den Urlaub benötigt, es war ein vernünftiger Tisch inkl. Eckbank vorhanden, Sitz möglichkeiten sind in vielen Unterkünften Mangelware. Brötchenservice hat jeden Morgen hervorragend funktioniert, Preis/ Leistung mehr als ok. Genügend Stauraum in den Schränken, sauberes Bad, Handtücher, Geschirr ectr alles vorhanden. Ich glaube wer auf Sauberkeit, Schlafkommvor nette Vermieter Umgebung für seinen Urlaub wert legt, der ist im Kohlereck sehr gut aufgehoben. My wife and I have been traveling to Austria for several years in September to relax in the mountains from everyday stress. The area is ideal for hiking, the panoramic view our apartment is priceless. The furnishings in the room are a bit old but fully serve their purpose. The room and the stairwell were very clean. The bed like at home, we have rarely slept so well on vacation. The staff are very courteous and helpful, in other words, if something goes wrong or something is missing, they react immediately. All in all, we didn't miss anything that was needed for the holiday, there was a reasonable table including a corner bench, seating is in short supply in many accommodations. Bread roll service worked perfectly every morning, price / performance ratio was more than ok. Enough storage space in the cupboards, clean bathroom, towels, dishes, ectr everything available. I think anyone who values cleanliness, nice landlord environment for their vacation, is in very good hands in the Kohlereck.

M	Marcel van de Poll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Apartments Kohlereck in the first week of February 2020. Our stay and experience would have to be one of the best in 10 years of wintersports. The apartment was very clean and tidy, had a well equiped kitchen, and they even supplied toilet paper / dishwashing cubes / coffee machine filters. It's 5 minutes out of the centre of St Anton, but was much cheaper than some of the more central options. The shuttle bus stops directly out the front of these apartments which was very handy. The hosts were very friendly, and attended to any additional needs we had without a problem. We can absolutely recommend this place, and would have no hesitation in staying here again when in St Anton next time.
d	daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6days here without any issue. Kitchen fairly equipped with all u need. Room warm enough. Sleep is good. Fridge/dishwasher here. Good size room for two people plus balcony. Sauna available every day from 4-8pm. Mostly empty which was great for us. House can accommodate up to 40people. Ski pass got from the owner the night before which i recommended as u don’t need to wait in the que on first day. Price is the same. Bus directly from the house. ski equipment can be left at intersport free of charge via the owner. The old man was super helpful. Happy to come back. We had sun all day every day ??
