Sehr freundlicher Empfang und das Appartment war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. It was a very nice week in the apartment, with a wonderful view of the Tappenkar. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back. Very friendly welcome and the apartment was very nice and comfortably furnished.

Es war absolut alles vorhanden, selbst ein Kaffeevollautomat, Kleinkinderbett und Wickeltisch, eigener Trockenraum und Schlitten. Die familiäre Betreuung war bestens und falls man eine Frage oder ein Anliegen hatte, wurde uns äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend geholfen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!!! The apartment was perfect for us (6 adults and 4 children). Everything was available, even a fully automatic coffee machine, toddler bed and changing table, own drying room and sledge. The family care was excellent and if you had a question or concern, we were helped extremely friendly and courteous. We will be happy to come back !!!

Einziges Manko beim abendlichen Fernsehschauen (sofern man das will), könnte es etwas gemütlicher sein. We had used the two apartments together as one, which was very pleasant. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was clean and tidy. The only drawback when watching TV in the evening (if you want to), it could be a bit more comfortable.
U	Ulrich Kögerler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir können nur Positives über das Familienapartement der Familie Höller vermelden: Vom herzlichen Empfang der überaus netten Vermieterin über die helle, freundliche Einrichtung der ideal geschnittenen Ferienwohnnung (wir haben als 2 Familien die gesamte Etage bestehend aus 2 Wohnhungen gemietet, dank der Unabhängigkeit der beiden Wohneinheiten konnte sich so immer ein Teil zurückziehen) bis zur hervorragenden, ruhigen Lage der Unterkunft – es war alles so, wie wir es uns nur wünschen konnten. Toll auch der Umstand, dass im Mietpreis das Skidepot an der Kleinarler Talstation inkludiert ist. So muss man seine Skiausrüstung nicht mühsam Tag für Tag zum Apartement schleppen. Kleinarl selbst ist ein echtes Kleinod im Salzburger Land. Da es sich in einem Talabschluss befindet, gibt es nur wenig Durchgangsverkehr und ein Ausflug mit den Langlaufski (oder der Kutsche) zum nahgelegenen Jägersee (und für Ambitioniertere eine Wanderung zum noch malerischeren Tappenkarsee) ist eine Wohltat für die Seele. We can only report positive things about the family apartment of the Höller family: From the warm welcome of the extremely nice landlady to the bright, friendly furnishings of the ideally designed holiday apartment (we as 2 families rented the entire floor consisting of 2 apartments, thanks to the independence of the two residential units could always withdraw a part) to the excellent, quiet location of the accommodation - everything was as we could wish. The fact that the ski depot at the Kleinarl valley station is included in the rental price is also great. So you don't have to laboriously drag your ski equipment to the apartment day after day. Kleinarl itself is a real gem in the Salzburg region. Since it is located at the end of the valley, there is little through traffic and a trip on cross-country skis (or a horse-drawn carriage) to the nearby Jägersee (and for the more ambitious, a hike to the even more picturesque Tappenkarsee) is a treat for the soul.
