U-Bahn ca. 150m, Bäcker, kleiner Laden etc. 50m, türkischer Supermarkt und Penny ca. 300m.
Restaurants ebenfalls ca. 350-500m.
Echtholzfußboden gibt ein wohliges Gefühl.
Bett sehr gut mit kuscheliger Decke und Kissen ohne Knubbeln.
In der kleinen Küche gibt es eine Induktionsplatte für 2 Töpfe, einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster.
Ebenfalls Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Achtung...Es gibt kein Brotmesser!!! Und auch nur ein kleines Messer zum Gemüse schneiden.
Leider kann man aufgrund des Lärmes( in der Nacht durchgehend) die Fenster nicht öffnen und dann kann es sehr warm werden.
Dafür steht ein Ventilator im Zimmer.
Eine Airco wäre toll, kann aber (denke ich) wegen Schutz der Außenansicht nicht installiert werden. Man sieht nämlich an keinem der anderen Häuser Airco-Ventilatoren.
Parken im Innenhof für 10 Euro die Nacht ist zu empfehlen.
Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist problemlos und schnell.
Apartment with very good connections to the center.
Subway about 150m, bakery, small shop etc. 50m, Turkish supermarket and Penny about 300m.
Restaurants also approx. 350-500m.
Real wood floor gives a cozy feeling.
Bed very good with a cozy blanket and pillow without knobs.
In the small kitchen there is an induction plate for 2 pots, a kettle and a toaster.
Also fridge with freezer compartment.
Warning ... there is no bread knife !!! And also just cut a small knife to the vegetables.
Unfortunately, due to the noise (continuously at night), the windows cannot be opened and then it can get very warm.
There is a fan in the room for that.
An Airco would be great, but (I think) it cannot be installed because of the protection of the outside view. You don't see any airco fans at any of the other houses.
Parking in the inner courtyard for 10 euros a night is recommended.
Contact with the landlady is quick and easy.
