Es ist funktionsfähig und man sitzt ja im Urlaub nicht ständig in der Wohnung. Uns hat es gefallen. A great week in the Roman gorge. Bathroom is in need of overhaul. But that's already mentioned in some reviews. It is functional and you do not sit on vacation constantly in the apartment. We liked it.

Wil alles voor je regelen. Het uitzicht vanaf je appartement is niet super, maar je komt niet naar Karintië om op je appartement te blijven. De omgeving (Wörthersee) maakt alles goed! Supermarkten (2 stuks), en horeca op loopafstand (Max 10 minuten). Absoluut geen last en geen gehoor van de aanliggende autoweg, deze ligt achter een bos en heuvel. Decent and well maintained, typical Austrian apartment. Owner is a nice man, who is not always present, but who you can always call. Want to arrange everything for you. The view from your apartment is not great, but you do not come to Carinthia to stay in your apartment. The area (Wörthersee) makes everything right! Supermarkets (2 pieces), and restaurants within walking distance (Max 10 minutes). Absolutely no trouble and no hearing from the adjacent motorway, it lies behind a forest and hill.
S	Silke Andresen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartementhaus liegt nicht wie angenommen direkt in Velden, sondern weit ab vom Schuss im Ortsteil Unterwinklern, ca. 15-20min zu Fuss zum Zentrum von Velden. Man hört den Krach von Autobahn und Zügen. Ausstattung spartanisch. Kein funktionstüchtiges Internet trotz Vermieterversprechen von WLAN in allen Bereichen. Wir mussten deshalb auf kostspieliges mobiles Netzwerk ausweichen. Auf unsere Reklamation reagierte Vermieterin mit Ausreden und äusserst unkulant, d.h. wir blieben auf den Internetkosten sitzen und Vermieterin war fein raus. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden in 12 Tagen nicht einmal ausgetauscht. Haarfön gab es nur auf Nachfrage. Einzige Pluspunkte waren der saubere Pool und dass der Hausmeister uns auf Anfrage vom Bahnhof abgeholt und auch wieder hingefahren hatte. The apartment house is not located directly in Velden, as expected, but far away from the shot in the Unterwinklern district, about 15-20 minutes on foot from the center of Velden. You can hear the noise of the motorway and trains. Equipment spartan. No functioning internet despite the landlord's promise of WiFi in all areas. We therefore had to switch to an expensive mobile network. The landlord reacted to our complaint with excuses and extremely unpleasant, i.e. we stayed on the Internet costs and the landlady was fine. Sheets and towels weren't even changed in 12 days. Hairdryers were only available on request. The only pluses were the clean pool and that the caretaker picked us up from the train station on request and drove us there again.
