Eine ausgesprochen freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin und ein so schönes Appartement mit einem Bad so schön wie ich es Zuhause nicht habe. 10 Sterne! Was with the Osterauer family for an extended ski weekend. A very friendly and uncomplicated landlord and a beautiful apartment with a bathroom as beautiful as I don't have at home. 10 stars!

Der phantastische Blick über die Festspielhäuser auf den Wilden und Zahmen Kaiser ist unbeschreiblich schön. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und Margit Osterauer erfüllt sämtliche Zusatzwünsche prompt und überrascht den Mieter mit liebevollen kleinen kulinarischen Aufmerksamkeiten und frischen Blumen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es ist sehr ruhig, so dass man entspannt und sehr gut schlafen kann. Es gibt eine Gästewaschmaschine , ebenso ein Bügeleisen und auf dem Balkon genügend Platz zum Trocknen. Familie Osterauer ist sehr kinderfreundlich und man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Auch das WLAN funktioniert gut. Angenehm ist, dass Bad und Toilette getrennt sind. Alles ist noch ganz neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! We felt very comfortable in this very tastefully decorated and lovingly decorated apartment. The fantastic view over the festival houses on the Wilden and Zahmen Kaiser is indescribably beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped and Margit Osterauer fulfilled all additional requests promptly and surprised the tenant with loving little culinary delights and fresh flowers. The rooms were very clean and cleaned regularly. The beds were very comfortable and it is very quiet so you can relax and sleep very well. There is a guest washing machine, as well as an iron and enough space to dry on the balcony. Family Osterauer is very child friendly and you feel right at home. The WLAN works well. Pleasant is that bathroom and toilet are separated. Everything is still brand new and in very good condition. Thank you very much for your hospitality! We are very happy to come back!

Die Küche super ausgestattet, das Bad aussergewöhnlich schön und vom Balkon hatte man eine tolle Aussicht. Die Familie Osterauer war sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps für beliebte Ausflugsziele gegeben und uns gute Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen. Wir waren begeistert von unserem Urlaub und kommen wieder! Our stay with the family Osterauer was beautiful! The rooms are tastefully and lovingly decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was exceptionally nice and the balcony had a great view. The Osterauer family was very welcoming and hospitable. They gave us great tips for popular destinations and recommended us good restaurants nearby. We loved our holiday and will be back!
