Pomieszczenie na buty ogrzewane. Narty można przechowywać w garażu. Piękny widok z okna. Duże przestronne pokoje. Blisko do skibusa. Fantastic object. Very nice owners. The lady who deals with reservations and customer service is always helpful. Purely. I come back here again. Heated shoe room. Skis can be stored in the garage. Beautiful view from the window. Large spacious rooms. Close to skibus.

Ons appartement bevond zich aan de voorkant waardoor wij veel geluidsoverlast hadden van de drukke, doorgaande weg. Het gedateerde meubilair was aan onderhoud toe. Een kastdeur viel uit de scharnieren en de deurklink van de toegangsdeur hadden we plotseling los in de hand. Ook het licht boven de kookplaat was defect. Gelukkig werden de mankementen snel hersteld. Voor 4 personen koken was in dit appartement een uitdaging want er waren maar 3 kookpitten en er waren weinig kookattributen. Ook was er weinig bestek en was het beschikbaar stellen en verwisselen van handdoeken zeer summier. Enkele dagen na thuiskomst kregen we een e-mail van Haus Hilde met een foto van achtergelaten braaksel in een appartement. We werden ervan beschuldigd dat dit ons appartement betrof en dat we hiervoor nog extra schoonmaakkosten moesten betalen. We konden echter aantonen dat de foto in een ander appartement genomen was. Geconfronteerd met deze informatie laten ze, zelfs na herhaaldelijk aandringen, niets meer van zich horen. Onze tip, maak foto’s bij het verlaten van het appartement of haal de eigenaar/beheerder bij het vertrek erbij zodat er achteraf geen valse beschuldigingen kunnen komen. Haus Hilde has 4 apartments centrally located in the Stubai Valley. Our apartment was located at the front, so we had a lot of noise from the busy main road. The dated furniture was in need of maintenance. A closet door fell off the hinges and we suddenly had the handle of the entrance door loose in our hand. The light above the hob was also defective. Fortunately, the defects were quickly repaired. Cooking for 4 people was a challenge in this apartment because there were only 3 hobs and few cooking equipment. There was also little cutlery and the provision and change of towels was very limited. A few days after returning home, we received an e-mail from Haus Hilde with a picture of vomit left in an apartment. We were accused that this was our apartment and that we had to pay an additional cleaning fee for this. However, we were able to prove that the photo was taken in another apartment. Faced with this information, even after repeated insistence, they do not speak up again. Our tip, take photos when you leave the apartment or call the owner / manager upon departure so that no false accusations can be made afterwards.

The housing is beautiful, the owner of the housing is respectful and kind, and the employee in it will benefit you with all the activism and give you a discount card in Tyrol + entry to the pool of the residential area. The apartment had a respectable mountain view once, and the kitchen was full of tools. The only drawback is that the furniture is a little old. All the services around you and there are many special parkings available ❤️? ?
