G	Gunda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Geräumiges und blitzsauberes Apartment, hell und freundlich, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich möbliert. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt, nur wenige Minuten von der Landstraße und in der anderen Richtung von der Donau entfernt. Es gibt einen Parkplatz im Hinterhof, Supermarkt und Gastronomie sind ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten weit weg. Ein idealer Stützpunkt für einen Urlaub in der Kultur- und Einkaufsstadt Linz. Die Hausfrau ist ein Muster an Gastfreundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit und hat uns mit der jetzt vorgeschriebenen Maske empfangen. Schlüsselübergabe und Checkout haben problemlos funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!.

Tolles Appartement mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Fläschchen zubereiten für unsere kleine Tochter war keine Problem, Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher und eine Waschmaschine stehen auch zur Verfügung. Waren mehrere Nächte dort und durch den hauseigenen Parkplatz und 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Klinik ist dieses Haus sehr zu empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ermöglichte uns extra das Appartement im Erdgeschoss um mit dem Kinderwagen bis in die Wohnung fahren zu können. We stayed in this apartment in February because our son had an operation at the university clinic. Great apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, preparing bottles for our little daughter was no problem, bedrooms with TV and a washing machine are also available. Stayed there for several nights and thanks to the on-site parking lot and a 10-minute walk to the clinic, this house is highly recommended. The landlady is very nice and made it possible for us to use the apartment on the ground floor so that we could take the stroller into the apartment.

Negative: Just one thing - the apartment doesn't have a washing machine, which would be useful if you are staying more than a couple of days..
