Toll zum direkten Wandern. Sehr schöne Gegend. Wir durften das Schwimmbad und die Sauna mit benutzen. Sehr zu empfehlen! The apartment is modern and very nicely decorated. Most of all clean. You have everything you need. Franz, the landlord is very nice. Great for direct hiking. Very nice area. We were allowed to use the swimming pool and the sauna. We recommend!
P	Peter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is op zich een goed appartement. Er zijn wel een aantal belangrijke verbeterpunten die wij hebben gezien. Houd er rekening mee dat de appartementen echt heel gehorig zijn, wij hebben dan ook zelf actie ondernomen door onze buren daarop aan te spreken. Daarnaast is er wat schimmel in de douche, en de verf laat deels los. Het bed ligt overigens prima, maar is wel aan de korte kant voor ons (1.90m). De belangrijke verbetering zijn brandmelders. Die zijn hier nergens te bekennen en we hebben de eigenaar daarop aangesproken. Het antwoord was simpel: ik ben het niet verplicht en houd mijn geld liever op zak. Qua brandveiligheid zit je hier dus niet veilig, we hebben ook geen brandblusser of blusdeken gezien. It is a good apartment in itself. There are a number of important areas for improvement that we have seen. Keep in mind that the apartments are really noisy, so we have taken action ourselves by talking to our neighbors about it. In addition, there is some mold in the shower and the paint is partly coming off. The bed is also fine, but it is on the short side for us (1.90m). The important improvement is fire detectors. They are nowhere to be seen and we have addressed the owner about them. The answer was simple: I am not obliged to and prefer to keep my money in my pocket. In terms of fire safety, you are not safe here, we have not seen a fire extinguisher or fire blanket.

Das Frühstück war toll angerichtet und wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für unsere Tagestrips bekommen. Vielen Dank. Our stay was very relaxing. Das Am die Ausstattung war lieblos und sehr einfach um nicht billig zu sagen. We spent our vacation in the Simmering holiday apartment. The price/performance ratio is in my opinion not the same. There were, however, some significant shortcomings. The Am the equipment was unloving and very basic not to say cheap.
J	Jochen Gottlieb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine Woche im Appartement "Mooswald" verbracht, das uns recht gut gefallen hat. Die Lage ist an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Die beiden Zimmer und die Küche sind recht groß. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr hell und freundlich, mit rundem Esstisch und bequemem Sofa. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt auch eine windgeschützte Terrasse. Die Küche ist mit guten Geräten, Geschirr und "Werkzeug" hoher Qualität vollständig ausgestattet. Eine "Reibe" für Käse und eine große Salatschüssel könnte man noch ergänzen. Dann könnte man wirklich alles kochen. Viele Wanderwege starten in der Nähe des Hauses und eine Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe, so daß wir die ganze Zeit ohne Auto auskamen. Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 10 min weg. Genial ist der frei nutzbare Wellnessbereich im zugehörigen Hotel Bergland mit schönem, sonnigem Hallenbad und Sauna. Vielen Dank an die sehr freundliche Leitung. We spent a week in the "Mooswald" apartment, which we really liked. The location is on a quiet side street. The two rooms and the kitchen are quite large. The living room is very bright and friendly, with a round dining table and a comfortable sofa. Everything clean and well maintained. There is also a sheltered terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality appliances, crockery and "tools". A "grater" for cheese and a large salad bowl could be added. Then you could really cook anything. Many hiking trails start near the house and a bus stop is nearby, so we managed without a car the whole time. A supermarket is about 10 minutes away. Ingenious is the freely usable wellness area in the associated Hotel Bergland with a beautiful, sunny indoor pool and sauna. Many thanks to the very friendly management.
