Bei Ankunft standen von drei gebuchten Appartements (Nr. 1,3,4) nur zwei (Nr.1,3) und eine nicht dem gebuchtem Standard entsprechende Wohnung zur Verfügung. Das Ergebnis bei telefonischem Kontakt mit dem Vermieter: entweder diese drei gezeigten Unterkünfte akzeptieren oder gar kein Appartement beziehen. Da die dritte Unterkunft/Wohnung in keiner Weise akzeptabel war - wurde die Buchung in beiderseitigem Einverständnis ohne Kosten storniert. Wir mussten kurzfristig drei andere Unterkünfte in Steyr organisieren. So hatte ich mir mein Geburtstags-Wochenende mit meiner Familie nicht vorgestellt.
Non-fulfillment of the accommodation contract. On arrival of three booked apartments (number 1,3,4) were only two (no. 1, 3) and a not the standard booked appropriate apartment available. The result by telephone contact with the landlord: either accept these three shown accommodations or no apartment at all. Since the third accommodation / apartment was in no way acceptable - the reservation was canceled by mutual agreement without any cost. We had to organize three other accommodations in Steyr on short notice. So I had not imagined my birthday weekend with my family.
