P	Paul Gehb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (6 Personen) besuchten Haus Markus über Neujahr 21/22 . Vorab hieß es, dass wir das Appartment ab 10 Uhr beziehen könnten. Am Anreisetag stellte sich heraus, dass die Wohnung jedoch erst ab 14 Uhr bezogen werden kann, wodurch sich unsere frühe Anreise als "umsonst" herausstellte. Man hatte faktisch nicht mit uns gerechnet oder uns vergessen, sodass wir das gewünschte Zustellbett selbständig aus dem Keller in die Wohung (letztes Stockwerk) tragen mussten. Im Verlauf der nächsten Tage sollten sich weitere Mängel ergeben..... Einerseits war die Wohnung nicht sonderlich sauber, sodass ich keinem Hausstauballergiker empfehlen würde, die Wohnung zu buchen (wir hatten zwei Personen dabei, die imense Probleme bekamen) und es befanden sich an unterschiedlichsten Stellen des Appartments Spinnenweben sowie Fliegen. Der Fernseher hatte einen dauerhaften gelbstich (Mexikofilter) und die Waschmaschine war kaputt, sodass man nach dem einzigen Waschgang eine völligst durchnässte und triefende Wäsche herausholen musste, die selbst nach dem Ausringen noch mindestens zwei Tage zum trocken brauchte. Das Lattenrost des einen Schlafzimmers (mit Badezimmer) war so laut, dass beruhigt schlafen zu zweit unmöglich gewesen ist. Am meisten ärgerte uns jedoch, dass wir mehrmals unsere Mängel beim Marie-Pop-Hotel (Besitzer= Vermieter der Wohung) meldeten, aber diesen leider wenig- bis keine Beachtung geschenkt wurde. So sollte es nicht sein.... We (6 people) visited Haus Markus over New Years 21/22. In advance it was said that we could move into the apartment from 10 a.m. On the day of arrival it turned out that the apartment can only be occupied from 2 p.m., which means that our early arrival turned out to be "free". In fact, we were not expected or forgotten, so that we had to carry the desired extra bed from the basement to the apartment (last floor) by ourselves. In the course of the next few days there should be further defects ..... On the one hand, the apartment was not particularly clean, so I wouldn't recommend booking the apartment to anyone who is allergic to house dust (we had two people with us who had immense problems) and it was there Cobwebs and flies in various parts of the apartment. The television had a permanent yellow tinge (Mexico filter) and the washing machine was broken, so that after the only wash cycle you had to pull out completely soaked and dripping laundry, which even after wringing out took at least two days to dry. The slatted frame of one bedroom (with bathroom) was so loud that it was impossible to sleep comfortably for two. What annoyed us most, however, was that we reported our shortcomings to the Marie-Pop-Hotel (owner = landlord of the apartment) several times, but unfortunately little or no attention was paid to them. It shouldn't be like this ...
