B	Barbara Ger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartament ist ok, uns fehlte leider die Gemütlichkeit. Es hat auch seine Nachteile, die meiner Meinung nach, wichtig zu erwähnen sind. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung, aber etwas lief während unser Unterkunft schief. Wir müssten die Wohnung ständig lüften (was bei -7 nicht so schön war) und es hat trotzdem nicht geholfen - das Schlafzimmer wurde in 8 Tage nie warm. Die Fenster waren ständig nass und nachts hat es getropft. Der Eigentümer ist leider an einem Tag mit dem falschen Fuß aufgestanden und war etwas unfreundlich beim Erklären über die Nässe und Lüftung. Der zweite Punkt - jeden morgen wurden wir ca. um 6 Uhr von diversen Geräuschen geweckt - ob vom Ventilator, der immer wieder anging, ob vom Trittschall draußen (Stahltreppen zu Eigentümer’s Wohnung), ob das an Schneeräumen lag, schwierig festzustellen, aber es war früh morgens immer wieder etwas los. Die Autos stehen auch direkt vor Fenster. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Badzimmer - neu saniert, sauber, warm, leider keine Handseife. Die Umgebung und Lage ist natürlich perfekt! Am Weihnachten haben wir Weihnachtskekse und Honig von Eigentümer bekommen. Das war sehr schöne und nette Geste. Vielen Dank für Ihre Mühe. The apartment is ok, we missed the comfort. It also has its drawbacks, which, in my opinion, are important to mention. In the apartment there is underfloor heating, but something went wrong while our accommodation. We would have to ventilate the apartment constantly (which was not so nice at -7) and it still did not help - the bedroom never got warm in 8 days. The windows were constantly wet and it dropped at night. The owner unfortunately got up on one day with the wrong foot and was a bit rude when explaining about the wetness and ventilation. The second point - every morning we were woken up at 6 o'clock by various noises - whether from the fan, which was always on, whether from the footfall outside (steel stairs to owner's apartment), whether that was snow clearing, difficult to determine, but it was always something going on in the morning. The cars are also right in front of windows. Kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom - newly renovated, clean, warm, unfortunately no hand soap. The environment and location is perfect, of course! At Christmas we got Christmas biscuits and honey from owners. That was very nice and nice gesture. Thank you very much for your effort.
S	Sylvia Helf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für uns ist der Urlaub in Niederthai bei Reini, Karin und Lea wie ein 2. zu Hause, Urlaub bei Freunden ... einfach wunderschön ?? es fehlt und hier an nichts. Die Wohnungen bieten wirklich alles was man braucht und sind super sauber.Am Morgen bei klarem Wetter hat man eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Berge. Urlaub bei so lieben Gastgebern ist wunderbar und nur weiter zu empfehlen!! Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!!!! For us, the vacation in Niederthai with Reini, Karin and Lea is like a second home, vacation with friends ... simply beautiful ?? it is missing and nothing here. The apartments really offer everything you need and are super clean. In the morning when the weather is clear you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Holidays with such lovely hosts is wonderful and can only be recommended! We're looking forward to next time!!!!

Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone, spędziliśmy tam tydzień i niczego nam nie brakowało. Oczywiście położenie na parterze wiążę się z pewnymi ograniczeniami jak np. parking dla samochodów pod oknem sypialni, ale nie jest to przeszkadzające, w końcu w sypialni się śpi :) Widok z okien w salonie jest przepiękny jak na parterowy apartament. Zarówno my jak i nasz pies jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Polecam! The apartment is 100% recommendable. The hosts very nice and very welcoming. The apartment is well equipped, we spent a week there and we didn't miss anything. Of course, the location on the ground floor is associated with certain restrictions, such as parking for cars under the bedroom window, but it is not disturbing, after all, you sleep in the bedroom :) The view from the windows in the living room is beautiful for a one-story apartment. We and our dog are very pleased with the stay. I recommend!
