Appartement Laimböck

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich gewesen, die Umgebung war sehr laut... und kein Internetzugang in den Räumen!!!

Sehr unhöflich und unprofessionell. Die Vermieter haben mit uns einen Streit auf untersten Niveau begonnen. Nicht schön im Urlaub. In den Wohnräumen gibt es kein Internet.

- De tekst op de deur van het verblijf stond, hele weekend dicht. We arriveerden zaterdagochtend. We hebben het verblijf vanaf zaterdag geboekt. Onprettig welkom. - De gastvrouw deed 5min. lang moeilijk met de betaling. We moesten 36 euro voor de schoonmaak en de toeristenbelasting  betalen en ik gaf contant 40 euro. De gastvrouw wist niet hoe zij verder met 40 euro moest. Ik vroeg naar het wisselgeld en ik zei dat ik het later ook wel kon gepast betalen. Zij begreep het niet. Zij accepteerde de pinpas ook niet. - De gastvrouw kan Duits, die door Google Translate is vertaald, niet altijd begrijpen. Zij kan Engels niet. De natuurlijke gebaren kan zij ook niet. - Koude appartement, 2x gastvrouw gevraagd, tevergeefs. Ik belde de reisorganisatie Sunweb, dan kreeg ik de elektrische kachel. - Dunne dekbedden. Op mijn verzoek is het vervangen door de dikke dekbedden. De reserve dekbed in de kast bewaren voor het geval als we kou krijgen, is niet toegestaan, zei zij. - Twee kookpitten werkten goed. Wij zijn met zijn tweeën samen een lang weekend in Fugen wezen skiën. Via Sunweb in Appartement Laimbock terecht gekomen. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Typisch Oostenrijks gebouw, prima badkamer met fijne douche, bed was ok, skibus op 2 minuten lopen, bakker om de hoek. Enige minpunt was de wel hele kleine keuken. Deze is eigenlijk niet geschikt om zelf te koken. Verder was de eigenares aardig en behulpzaam. Ze sprak wel alleen Duits

Goede prijs, verder prima faciliteiten. En de verhuurder is ook heel aardig!

If you simply need a place to sleep, eat and drink during wintersport, this place is good enough. Beds, shower and kitchen are fine, plus there is a room to store your boards, skis and boots. Communication with the landlady can be a bit stiff, but you're not paying for a 5 star resort

My girlfriend and I stayed her for 6 nights and it was everything we needed. It is basic however has the essentials, but all in all we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is easy to use and we had all the kitchen utensils we needed to cook our own meals, and everything worked well. Bus stop is 1 minute walk and easy to find. It is a quick 6 minute bus to Spieljochbahn and a 17 minute bus to Hochzillertal, which doesnt cost anything so perfect to go skiing. The location is a 6 minuet walk from a supermarket and a 7 minuet walk from the train, and also has a bakery near by which is lovely! We would recommend Hochzillertal ski area if you want more of a variety. The only downfall was that the owner does not speak any other language than german and does not understand google translate, so communication was hard, however we found that letting her write it down and translating it ourselves worked well, and due to the simplicity of checking in not much communication is really needed. It is a hassle but you’re not paying big money so we couldn’t complain. It is very simple but I would definitely recommend this place if you want a good time skiing with an affordable accommodation. SunWeb was amazing at providing us with this accommodation at a really good price, and also for our ski hire and ski passes. For people who are young and just want a cheaper but fun ski holiday sunweb is perfect and this place is great. Thanks!
