J	Joel Stapfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allgemein: Boden dreckig und schmierig Wlan sehr langsam Garten nur allgemein zugängig (nicht vom zimmer aus) Ringhörig Küche: Schlecht ausgestattet (von allem zu wenig) Abzug geht nicht Nur eine Herdplatte Badezimmer: Lüftung geht nicht Schimmel in den Ecken und vorallem in der Dusche Dusche nicht dicht (ganzes Bad nass nach dem duschen) Schlafzimmer: Ein Fenster zum Gang ohne Vorhang Ein Fenster in die Küche, ebenfalls ohne Vorhang General: Floor dirty and greasy WiFi very slow Garden only accessible to the general public (not from the room) Ring-eared Kitchen: Badly equipped (too little of everything) Deduction does not work Just a stove top Bathroom: Ventilation does not work Mold in the corners and especially in the shower Shower not tight (whole bathroom wet after showering) Bedroom: A window to the corridor without a curtain A window into the kitchen, also without a curtain

The shower is rusty, you don't want to touch the floor with a protective suit and you can crack the door lock in 30 seconds. Dirtiest descent in Vienna.

Die Wasserhähne waren kaputt, Glühbirnen kaputt, Gläser schmutzig, Flecken überall, einfach alles in einem Top ungepflegten Zustand. Eine echte Wiener Absteige! I had with three people a triple apartment for 90 €. The faucets were broken, bulbs broken, glasses dirty, stains everywhere, just everything in a top unkempt condition. A real Viennese dive!

Area circostante silenziosa e posizione molto comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi parte di Vienna in pochi minuti sia in macchina che con mezzi pubblici. Wenn man damit zufrieden ist, dass eine Dusche mit Toilette und ein Bett vorhanden ist und eine Strassenbahn direkt um die Ecke, dann kann man hierfür sogar 5 Sterne vergeben. ABER, die Zimmer sind stark abgenutzt, ebenso das Bad. Keine Halterung für das Toilettenpapier, Riss im Plastikboden der Dusche, die Duschscheiben sind dreckig, die Kochecke würde ICH zum Essen zubereiten nicht nutzen. W-LAN vorhanden aber SEHR langsam. Die Besitzer sind zwar nett, aber ich finde das Appartement enttäuschend. Selbst €80,00 die Nacht ist schon zu teuer. Empfehlung an die Betreiber: nehmen Sie Geld in die Hand und modernisieren Sie! Wir kommen nicht mehr. Uns hat es geekelt! I don't understand all of these positive reviews. If you are satisfied that there is a shower with a toilet and a bed and a tram right around the corner, you can even give it 5 stars. BUT, the rooms are very worn out, as is the bathroom. No holder for the toilet paper, crack in the plastic floor of the shower, the shower panels are dirty, I would not use the kitchen area to prepare meals. W-LAN available but VERY slow. The owners are nice, but I find the apartment disappointing. Even € 80.00 a night is already too expensive. Recommendation to the operators: take the money in hand and modernize! We're not coming any more. It disgusted us!
