D	Dany Sahny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, mein Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Appartement befindet sich nahe der Alten Donau/Donauinsel/Bisamberg in der grünen Lunge von Wien. Auch in das Zentrum benötigt man mit der dem Bus und der UBahn nicht lange. Service, Ambiente und Ausstattung sind sehr schön. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Thanks to the whole team, my stay was very nice. The apartment is located near the Old Danube / Danube Island / Bisamberg in the green lung of Vienna. Also in the center you do not need long with the bus and the subway. Service, atmosphere and facilities are very nice. I'm looking forward to the next visit.
P	Psycho Beard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte einige meiner gepflegten (ausländischen, nicht deutsch sprechenden) Hochzeitsgäste dort untergebracht. Am Tag der Abreise wurde behauptet, dass meine Gäste die Toilettenspülung in einem Zimmer "kaputt" gemacht hätten. Die Spülung ließ sich nicht richtig betätigen. Es funktionierte nur die "kurze" und nicht die "lange" Spülung... es wurden von mir 50€ Kaution einbehalten. Wenn nur die "kurze" Spülung funktioniert, denkt der Gast eher an einen Mangel oder denkt sich überhaupt nichts . Vielleicht bemerkt man es auch gar nicht, weil kein Bedarf bestand die lange Spülung zu betätigen. Komisch war auch, dass der (Senior)Chef überhaupt so zielstrebig die Spülung testete...? Im Nachhinein erschien mir das sehr geplant und hat man sich mit diesem Verschleißteil ein nettes "Körberlgeld" dazu verdient. Ich habe zwar kurz reklamiert, wollte aber vor meinen Gästen keinen weiteren lautstarken Aufstand machen. War trotzdem eine ekelhafte Aktion. Aus genanntem Grund empfehle ich diese Apartments nicht. Ich fühle mich nach wie vor betrogen und hätte eigentlich die Polizei rufen sollen. I had some of my well-groomed (foreign, not German-speaking) wedding guests there. On the day of departure it was claimed that my guests had "broken" the toilet flush in a room. The flush did not operate properly. Only the "short" and not the "long" flush worked ... I kept a 50 € deposit. If only the "short" flush works, the guest thinks more of a deficiency or thinks nothing at all. Perhaps you do not even notice it because there was no need to operate the long flush. It was also funny that the (senior) boss was so determined to test the conditioner ...? In retrospect, it seemed to me very planned and you earned a nice "Körberlgeld" with this wear part. I made a brief complaint, but didn't want to make another loud riot in front of my guests. Nevertheless it was a disgusting action. For that reason, I do not recommend these apartments. I still feel cheated and should have called the police.
U	Uwe Krenn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gemütliches Appartment und schön gelegen. Die Verkehrsanbindung nach Wien ist auch günstig. Kann diese Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen. Very cozy apartment and beautifully located. The transport connection to Vienna is also cheap. Can definitely recommend this place to stay.
