S	SHADEN ABDULLAH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقه جداً جداً جميله وفيها اطلالة على بحيرة زيلامسي جلست فيها ٥ ليالي القهوه الصباح على البحيره جداً ممتعه ومن جمال الشقه بصراحه كنت ماودي اطلع منها ? ايضاً موقع الشقق ممتاز جداً وقريب من كل شيء كنا نروح لكل مكان برجولنا البحيره وسنتر المدينه وكل شيء قريب ??? ولكن يعيبها اني حسيت فيها بالاهانه لما دخلت الشقه كان مكتوب تنبيهات مثل لاتنسى تنظف الشقه وترى فيه غرامه لو طلعت المويه برا الحمام وترى الخروج الساعه ١٠ الصباح و التنبيهات كانت باللغه العربيه فقط ؟ قد يكون صاحب العماره جاه سوءاستخدام من اشخاص عرب لكن ماتهين الجميع بهالتنبيهات او على الاقل تكون التنبيهات باللغتين العربيه والانجليزيه اما تنبيهات بالعربي كانه يقول انتم الي تسوون هالافعال ! The apartment is very very beautiful, and it has a view of Lake Zell am See. I sat there 5 nights morning coffee on the lake. Very fun. Also, the location of the apartments is very excellent and close to everything we used to go to every place with our manhood, the lake, the city center, and everything is close ??? But it is a shame that I felt insulted when I entered the apartment. There were written alerts such as unforgettable that cleaned the apartment and saw in it a fine. The owner of the building may have been misused by Arab people, but everyone insults them with alerts, or at least the alerts are in Arabic and English. As for alerts in Arabic, you say that you are doing things!

Tenía contratado un precio pero al hacer el registro tuve que pagar en efectivo um recargo de 108€ por gastos de limpieza. Sin embargo, te amenazan con tener que pagar 250€ si no dejas el apartamento limpio al marchar. Te dicen que hay parking, y lo que hay son plazas para 5 coches. Si llegas y está ocupado no tienes ninguna opción de aparcar por la zona. Recomiendo consultar la papági de información y turismo de Zell am see para buscar alojamiento, pero no ir a este sitio. Es feo , caro, muy muy caro para lo que ofrecen . Me sentí estafada In these apartments they rob you as soon as you arrive. I had contracted a price but upon registration I had to pay in cash a surcharge of € 108 for cleaning costs. However, they threaten to pay you € 250 if you don't leave the apartment clean when you leave. They tell you that there is parking, and what there is are places for 5 cars. If you arrive and it is busy you have no option to park in the area. I recommend consulting the Zell am see information and tourism page to find accommodation, but not going to this site. It is ugly, expensive, very very expensive for what they offer. I felt ripped off
M	Maja Arsenijevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Appartment war zwar sehr schön eingerichtet, allerdings liegt das Gebäude genau neben den Zugschienen, man kann es vergessen hier sich gescheit zu entspannen und zu schlafen! Es steht zwar dass Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt werden, doch da sind nur 4! Dafür aber ein ordentlich teurer Preis. The apartment was very nicely decorated, but the building is right next to the train tracks, you can forget to relax and sleep here! There are parking spaces available, but there are only 4! But a really expensive price.

C	Carlos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place. The owner is a complete douche. He doesn't speak any English so if you are like me, you don't speak a word of German, it's gonna be tricky. He was very unhelpful during the check in and only cared about the payment. We came here in summer for the Ironman 70.3 race. The fee was high but we couldn't find anything else in Zell am See. They also charged us €100 for cleaning fee (in cash... very suspicious)!!! Insane. I should quit my job and start cleaning apartments in Austria.
F	Fabian Linzberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean apartment. The standard is maybe a bit basic, but the value for money is really excellent. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We even were able to borrow a travel cot for our baby.
