Er kommt mehrmals uneingeladen ins Haus gelaufen. Wenn auf einem Formular keine Hausnummer stand, musste ich sofort jemanden aus der Dusche holen, um ihm die Informationen zu geben, das konnte keine Minute warten. Bei mehreren Gelegenheiten wurden wir von diesem Herrn unhöflich behandelt. Am Abend vor der Abreise teilte er uns mit, dass wir sofort bezahlen müssten, obwohl der Check-out erst um 10 Uhr morgens war. Diesem Herrn mangelt es an jeder Form von Anstand und Höflichkeit. Eine absolute Schande für die österreichische Gastfreundschaft. Ich werde eine Beschwerde bei booking.com einreichen. Ich bin völlig perplex über die feindselige Haltung dieses Herrn. I strongly advise against this hotel. However, the reception by the hostess was great. The host is rude. He comes running into the house uninvited several times. If there was no street number on a form, I had to get someone out of the shower to give them the information, it couldn't wait a minute. On several occasions we have been treated rudely by this gentleman. The night before we left, he informed us that we had to pay immediately, even though check-out wasn't until 10am. This gentleman lacks any form of decency and courtesy. An absolute shame for Austrian hospitality. I will file a complaint with booking.com. J	Justus Meixner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern im Netz. Es ist genug Platz für 5 Personen. Insgesamt ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Perfekte Unterkunft zum Skiurlaub (Skiraum mit Schuhtrockner). Alles in allem so wie erwartet. The apartment corresponds to the pictures on the web. There is enough space for 5 people. Overall everything is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Perfect accommodation for a skiing holiday (ski room with boot dryer). All in all as expected.
