Instead of trying to fleece you hit as much as they can they help you to stage exactly the event you want at a budget level you are comfortable with. They were extremely helpful with advice and accommodating. The lecture rooms are not your typical academic kind but they work. And the setting is perfect. You are in Schönbrunn, which offers something extra and at the same time have the subway close by.
