Auch die Preise sind angemessen, wenn man bedenkt was drin ist (ja ich habe auch lange gehadert bis ich mir die Pakete bestellt habe, aber es lohnt sich). Absoluter Punktabzug in der B Note gibt es jedoch bei der Nachbetreuung/Kundendienst. Entweder man erhält keine Antwort auf Nachfragen (aktuelles Problem) oder diese sind pampig, dies war bei meiner ersten Bestellung der Fall.
Das finde ich sehr schade, da die Produkte dich etwas erklärungsbedürftig sind und nicht alle Fragen mit der Anleitung zum Paket geklärt werden. Insgesamt top was die Produkte angeht, Flop im Aftersales
Evaluation for online shopping: the products in the care boxes are perfectly coordinated via YouTube, also declared class, in my experience well tolerated. The prices are also reasonable when you consider what's in it (yes, I had a long quarrel until I ordered the packages, but it's worth it). However, there is an absolute point deduction in the B grade for aftercare / customer service. Either you don't get an answer to questions (current problem) or they are sloppy, this was the case with my first order.
I think that's a shame, because the products require a bit of explanation and not all questions are answered with the instructions for the package. Overall top in terms of products, flop in aftersales
