Located into a historical, wonderful building, our apartment impressed us since the first moment- sparkling clean, comfortable, nice design! Konstanze is a great host, there was no problem with our early check in and late check out, she welcomed us with useful information and communication during our stay was easy. The location is perfect- near Rathaus, subway, close to Stephansplatz. All in one, we truly recommend this place, we will definitely come back!. Negative: There is nothing to say here!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartments, they were a really good size and very clean and comfortable to stay in. Konstanz was very helpful and flexible with our stay when we had a later flight out of Vienna she was able to accommodate us for a few hours more before our flight. The location was great, close to the metro and walking distance to the Christmas markets. We particularly enjoyed the little biscuits left out for us too!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: On check-in owner of apartments said that we have happy day, and we can get later check-out without additional payment. It's was very good news because we had back fly only on 20-00. A nice place in center of Vienne. Very beautiful building and lobby. Comfortable room. Nespresso coffee machine and other drinks in freezer. The apartments are very comfortable. Had small issues that not relevant for total status of apartments (also described).. Negative: Small issue for me, shower without a door (may be only my opinion). Water flowed slightly between the glass and the wall. Key cards were sometimes opened room door not the first time, I think the unsuccessful design of the lock (I saw a similar one in Prague, with same problem), the general doors opened perfectly..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome apartment at a great location. Well furnished/ decorated and in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to all attractions and train/ train stations. Perfect for family with children.
