Nach ausgedehnten Stadtspaziergängen haben wir das und den Wohnkomfort sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Hervorzuheben ist noch die gute Verkehrsanbindung, die in der Nähe abfahrende Linie 43 fährt mit sehr hoher Taktfrequenz, auch noch am Abend. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, für alles gab es unbürokratische Lösungen - sehr schön! The cozy atmosphere gave the impression of having a home in Vienna. After long walks through the city, we really enjoyed that and the comfort of living. We would love to come back. To be emphasized is the good transport connections, the nearby line 43 runs with a very high frequency, even in the evening. The landlady was very friendly and courteous, there were unbureaucratic solutions for everything - very nice!

Sehr persönliches Service in top renovierte Altbauwohnungen, wunderbar ausgestattet - und vor allem, sehr geschmackvoll. Die Hostessin ist goldig! Ausgezeichnete Infrastruktur - " everything you need" inkl. Supermärkte und eine Einkaufszentrum alle 5 Minuten zu Fuß, tolle öffentliche Verkehrsbindungen sowohl in der Stadtzentrum hinein (ca. 20 Minuten insgesamt) als Quer über Wien - und auch zum Wienerwald! Ideal für Touristen, Familien, Geschäftsreisende oder einfach ein Besuch nach Wien. Absolutely fantastic accommodation! We highly recommend "Apartments in Vienna"! Very personal service in top renovated old apartments, wonderfully equipped - and above all, very tasteful. The hostess is cute! Excellent infrastructure - "everything you need" including supermarkets and a shopping center every 5 minutes on foot, great public transport links both into the city center (approx. 20 minutes in total) and across Vienna - and also to the Vienna Woods! Ideal for tourists, families, business travelers or just a visit to Vienna.

The appartement is very well furnished and the landlord Gabriele is very nice and helpful, and answer very quickly to emails.

Windows and doors can not close properly or squeak massively when use. 3. The utensils provided were also very old and partly dirty. 4. The floor creaks and swells. The neighbors are heard at every step. 5. The furniture was jumbled together, are also rather old and uncomfortable. 6. The environment is rather noisy and the driving time to the center is about 25 minutes. 7. Renovation work takes place in the house and around the house. In summary, the price does not fit. The only positive was the owner, she was really friendly. Unfortunately, we have not much positive to report about this accommodation.

Thanks to Vienna's world class public transport system, you can get to the quaint city centre, the refreshing Vienna Woods, the famous Prater and the beautiful vineyards in less than half an hour. Nowhere in Vienna is more than 45 minutes away.
