leider nur fünf Sterne, hätte gerne zwei mehr vergeben. Die Anlage ist sehr stimmig und gepflegt. Nach einem Arbeitstag genießt man die Ruhe und kann wunderbar entspannen. Die Suites sind fantastisch, einzelne Punkte kann man nicht herausstellen, da alles sehr gepflegt und funktionell ist. Wenn was heraussticht dann das sehr schnelle Internet, ist heutzutage in solchen Anlagen nicht selbstverständlich. Für mich ein absoluter Preis Leistungssieger im Raum Graz.

 Absolute top apartment,
unfortunately only five stars, would have liked to give two more. The complex is very consistent and well-kept. After a day of work you can enjoy the peace and quiet and relax wonderfully. The suites are fantastic, individual points cannot be emphasized as everything is very well maintained and functional. If something stands out then the very fast Internet, is not a matter of course in such systems nowadays. For me an absolute price-performance winner in the Graz area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Einchecken war unkompliziert und der Inhaber sehr freundlich. Das Apartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet (es gab auch eine Kaffeemaschine, die für einen guten Start in den Tag sorgt ;)). Wir buchen gerne wieder.
Check-in was straightforward and the owner was very friendly. The apartment was clean and well equipped (there was also a coffee machine to start the day off;)). We'd love to book again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hier ist man gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnungen wie auch die Außenflächensind in sehr gutem Zustand . Es ist ein Ort des Wohlfühlens, der Sicherheit und der Freundlichkeit. Die Familie Tieber ist sehr zuvorkommend, immer aufmerksam und am Arbeiten/Optimieren.
Wenn Besucher einheitlich sagen:
"DAS ist aber eine schöne Anlage und Wohnung!"
Es ist nicht so leicht, wegzuziehen.
You are in good hands here. Both the apartments and the exterior are in very good condition. It is a place of well-being, security and friendliness. The Tieber family is very courteous, always attentive and always working / optimizing.
When visitors say uniformly:
"THAT is a nice complex and apartment!"
It's not that easy to move away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quite and confortable. In few minutes you can reach Graz center as all the main Company in the surrounding, like Knapp, Magna. The owner is always very kind and reactive to make my staying very confortable. I can feel at home.

Rooms and apartments are very clean and cosy with all the necessary equipment, also for longer stay.
Owner is always very friendly and everything can be discussed and agreed.
A lot of parking space is also available.
I strongly recommend this place for business or leisure stay.
