c	carsten Koe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage (Nähe Ort, Nähe Skilift). Alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt:-). A very nice apartment in a good location (near town, near ski lift). Everything you need is available, we felt very comfortable :-).

Dus we zouden om half 3 naar binnen kunnen maar het werd naar 5 uur. En nog was niet alles schoon Apartment was nice and spacious. Too bad that everything was still dirty when we could wait for 45 minutes. So we could go in at 2.30, but it was to 5 o'clock. And not everything was clean yet

Balkons und zur Hartkaserbahn ist es (über den Zubringerlift) auch nicht zu weit (es geht auch ohne Auto). Wir kommen gerne wieder! A really nice apartment. Everything you need, is available, great view from both (!) Balconies and the Hartkaserbahn it is (via the feeder lift) not too far (it is also without a car). We'll be back!

Stock - manchmal geht der Fernseher nicht - Waschmaschine wäre gut wenn man länger als eine Woche bleibt + Location great between the Hartkaiser and the center + great view of the wild emperor + Apartment very large - Unfortunately, the apartment is on the 5th floor - sometimes the TV doesn't work - Washing machine would be good if you stay longer than a week

Das Apartment ist gross, modern liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub vor. Die Ausicht ist super, geweckt wird man mit dem Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser und zum Frühstück den Blick zum Hartkaiser. Die Lage ist zentral ca.10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Hartkaiserbahn und zum Ortskern. Netter herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zu Fam. Kampfer- Schaefer. Wir kommen nächste Jahr wieder und empfehlen es weiter. We are this year for the third time in the apartment Wilder Kaiser. We arrive and feel well. The apartment is large, modern lovingly furnished and you will find everything for a successful holiday. The view is great, you will wake up with the view of the Wilder Kaiser and for breakfast the view to the Hartkaiser. The location is centrally located about 10 minutes walk to the Hartkaiserbahn and the center. Nice warm and helpful contact to Fam. Kampfer Schaefer. We will be back next year and recommend it.
U	Udo Gunkel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine schöne Wohnung mit großer voll eingerichteter Wohnküche. Sie liegt im 2.OG man muß also Treppen steigen. Ein trockener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist angenehm. Zum Skibus muss man gut 10 min laufen. Als Skikeller sollte man lieber den Service an der Talstation nutzen. A nice apartment with a large fully equipped kitchen. It is on the 2nd floor so you have to climb stairs. A dry parking in the underground car park is pleasant. The ski bus is a good 10 min walk. As a ski cellar you should rather use the service at the valley station.
B	Beatrix Wöhlk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren 2016 das erstemal in der großzügigen Wohnung im Wilder Kaiser. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage. Es ist eine große helle liebevolle modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet ,sodas man sich gut verpflegen kann. Es gibt einen Wohnbereich mit Esstisch für 6 Personen und einen Bereich mit Sofa und Fernseher. Die Betten sind sehr gut und nicht durchgelegen. Die Wohng ist sehr sauber. Da tollstes ist aber die Aussicht . Wow ...Morgens wird man mit dem tollen Blick auf den wilden Kaiser wach und zum Frühstück am Esstisch blickt man auf den Ort und den Hartkaiser. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral , zu Fuss ist der Ortskern von Elllmau in ca. 10. Minuten zu erreichen. DIe Hartkaiserbahn ist auch in der Nähe. Es gibt einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Stellplatz im Keller. Wir fühlen uns ausgesprochen wohl im Apartment Wilden Kaiser, sodass wir dieses Jahr zum dritten Mal kommen und sicherlich nicht das letzte mal. Es ist für uns einfach optimal . We were in the spacious apartment in the Wilder Kaiser for the first time in 2016. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is a large, bright and lovingly furnished apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can eat well. There is a living area with a dining table for 6 and an area with a sofa and TV. The beds are very good and not worn out. The apartment is very clean. But the best thing is the view. Wow ... in the morning you wake up with the great view of the wild Kaiser and for breakfast at the dining table you can look out over the village and the Hartkaiser. The location of the apartment is central, the center of Elllmau can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The Hartkaiserbahn is also nearby. There is a parking space in front of the house and a parking space in the basement. We feel very much at home in the Wilden Kaiser apartment, so this year we are coming for the third time and certainly not the last time. It's just perfect for us.

(Strategisch mE Unsinn, da man heute einfach viel Volumen braucht und ggf. etwas ungehalten wird wenn man von der Außenwelt abgeschlossen ist) + Viel Platz / Tiefgarage + Mega Ausgangslage fürs Wandern etc. + Toller Blick auf den wilden Kaiser + Freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter - NUR 10 GB verfügbares Datenvolumen! Katastrophal wenn man arbeiten will und man wird im Nachgang gezwungen Bewertungen abzugeben um dann je Bewertung 5 GB zu erhalten, Nachkauf von Volumen nur in Supermärkten die nicht vor Ort sind - kein gescheites TV! Ein Chrome Stick ist angeschlossen und muss auch erst Mal eingerichtet werden und verbraucht natürlich wieder wertvolles Volumen. Selbst wenn man sich damit auskennt ist das einrichten schon nervig im Urlaub. Generation Ü60 wird sich vermutlich oft schwer tun und es einfach lassen. -Badezimmer stinkt nach Zigarettenqualm (vermutlich Mobiliar aus einem Raucherhaushalt) -Toilette stinkt ebenfalls immer wieder Mal nach Rauch (keine Ahnung ob es an der Lüftung liegt) -Lüfter im Klo teilweise beim Start so laut wie ein Schleifgerät -nachträglich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten unbrauchbar wenn benötigt (alle Fliesen beim Zugang defekt und mit einem Teppich einfach zugedeckt) -Mobiliar zu 50% extrem abgenutzt / man sieht das hier nur im Notfall investiert wird -4 Stock ohne Lift -2ter TV nicht nutzbar da kein TV Programm und Art und Weise des Anschlusses einfach nicht nachvollziehbar Es wäre wirklich wichtig, dass man solche Sachen wie reduziertes Datenvolumen und den 4. Stock ohne Lift ganz klar deklariert. Mit sehr kleinen Kindern wie bei uns (5 und 1) und wenn man auf Datenvolumen angewiesen ist nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Ohne Kinder mit mehreren Pärchen und ausschließlich Bombenwetter Tip Top für den Preis. Evaluation is compulsorily given so that you can get more data volume ... (Strategically, in my opinion, nonsense, since today you simply need a lot of volume and you may be somewhat angry when you are closed from the outside world) + Lots of space / underground parking + Mega starting point for hiking etc. + Great view of the wild emperor + Friendly contact with the landlord - ONLY 10 GB available data volume! Disastrous if you want to work and you are subsequently forced to give reviews in order to receive 5 GB per review, subsequent purchase of volumes only in supermarkets that are not on site - not a smart TV! A Chrome Stick is connected and has to be set up first and of course uses up valuable volume again. Even if you are familiar with it, setting it up is annoying on vacation. Generation over 60 will probably often find it difficult and just leave it. -Bathroom stinks of cigarette smoke (probably furniture from a smoker's household) -Toilet stinks again and again of smoke (no idea whether it is due to the ventilation) - Fan in the toilet sometimes as loud as a grinder when starting - Subsequently furnished room with 2 single beds unusable if required (all tiles at the entrance are defective and simply covered with a carpet) -Furniture extremely worn to 50% / you can only see that investments are made here in an emergency -4 floor without elevator 2nd TV cannot be used as there is no TV program and the way of connection is simply not understandable It would be really important to clearly declare things like reduced data volume and the 4th floor without a lift. With very young children like us (5 and 1) and if you are dependent on data volume, only partially recommended. Without children with several couples and only bomb weather Tip Top for the price.
