Zu zivilen Preisen wird das Apartment an Gäste vermietet und bietet ein wunderbares Ambiente für einen entspannten und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Auf einer Terrasse wie dieser zu essen oder zu plaudern ist Urlaub pur. Die Zimmer sind mit superbequemen Betten und gemütlichem Sofa ausgestattet. In der näheren Umgebung des Apartments befinden sich eine Apotheke, ein Supermarkt, Restaurants und ein Freizeitzentrum für interessante Urlaubsaktivitäten sowie natürlich die umgebende Berglandschaft für schöne Wanderungen. Herr Lanner ist ein wirklich überdurchschnittlich freundlicher Vermieter und guter Gesprächspartner, der es den Gästen auch an nichts mangeln lässt und sie mit wichtigen Informationen über die Umgebung versorgt. So macht Urlaub Spaß. On the upper floor of the building there is an apartment with several rooms and a large terrace with a view of the surrounding landscape. The apartment is rented to guests at reasonable prices and offers a wonderful ambience for a relaxing and relaxing stay. Eating or chatting on a terrace like this is pure vacation. The rooms are equipped with super comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa. In the vicinity of the apartment there is a pharmacy, a supermarket, restaurants and a leisure center for interesting holiday activities as well as the surrounding mountain landscape for beautiful hikes. Mr. Lanner is a really above-average friendly landlord and a good conversation partner, who does not lack anything for the guests and provides them with important information about the area. So vacation is fun.
l	leooon_mtb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf jeden Fall eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in der Nähe von Innsbruck. Toller Empfang von sehr freundlichen Vermietern und als Willkommensgeschenk fanden wir einen Sekt und ein paar "Naschereien" auf. Sehr geräumig und saubere Einrichtung mit vier Personen optimal genutzt. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Panoramafront im Wohnbereich. Es gibt gutes WLAN und ein Fernseher mit eigentlich allen üblichen Programmen ist auch da. Insgesamt sehr gute Lage und dennoch in der Nacht nicht zu laut. Busanbindung ist 200m weg die bis Innsbruck führt und mehrere Läden befinden sich in fußläufiger Umgebung. Mit der enthaltenen Innsbruck Welcome Card lassen sich das Freibad und der Bus kostenfrei nutzen und zusätzlich enthält diese eine Berg und Talfahrt mit ausgewählten Seilbahnen. Rundum perfekt einziger kleiner Punkt den ich bemängeln könnte ist das sich die Wohnung im Sommer durch die große Glasfront Recht schnell aufheizt. Ansonsten alles top und sehr empfehlenswert Definitely a very nice apartment near Innsbruck. Great welcome from very friendly landlords and as a welcome gift we found a sparkling wine and a few "sweets". Very spacious and clean facility with four people optimally used. A big plus point is the panoramic front in the living area. There is good WiFi and a TV with all the usual programs is also there. Overall very good location and yet not too loud at night. Bus connection is 200m away which leads to Innsbruck and several shops are within walking distance. With the included Innsbruck Welcome Card, the outdoor pool and the bus can be used free of charge, and it also includes an ascent and descent with selected cable cars. All around perfect, the only small point that I could criticize is that the apartment heats up quite quickly in summer due to the large glass front. Otherwise everything was great and very recommendable
