★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is located in the remote and quiet part of Ramsau (some 10 minutes by car from the centre), but directly on the cross country trail, what makes it great for your winter vacations. Hotel is operated by nice, friendly and helpful family, even the dog Berta despite her angry face is really nice and kids love her. The place has separate in-door game room where you and your kids can spend rainy afternoon. Good price to value ratio. Really like it there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Good breakfast, big appartment.. Negative: The bathroom need refresh. Dirty ceiling upper the shower. The restaurant is closed before high season (the high season has started on 25th january 2020 with Austria's winter vacation.).
