T	The Krause Phil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten das Zimmer unterm Dach. Es lägen Gummibärchen unter der Matratze. Die Mitbewohner haben unsere sehr teuren Fahrräder umgestellt und dadurch verkratzt und nicht gerecht behandelt. Uns wurden vom Haus vorgeworfen das wir nachts zu laut wären, obwohl dies unsere Zimmernachbarn zu verantworten hatten oder wir an diesen Tagen im Haus waren. Uns wurde mit dem Rauswurf gedroht!...wir werden uns nicht noch mal für dieses Haus entscheiden. Wir wurden für Sachen beschuldigt die uns nivht nachgewiesen werden konnten, und trotzdem wurde uns gedroht uns raus zu schmeißen. Nie mehr Had the room under the roof. There are gummy bears under the mattress. The roommates have converted our very expensive bikes and thereby scratched and not treated fairly. We were accused by the house that we were too noisy at night, although our room neighbors had to answer or we were in these days in the house. We were threatened with the expulsion! ... we will not decide again for this house. We were accused of things that could not be proven to us, and yet we were threatened to throw ourselves out. Super location, although small but fully adequate and clean apartment with everything you need. And the great lady of the steward! :) I recommend!
F	Fabian Schulze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr laut - die Pension liegt unmittelbar an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Extrem laute Klimaanlage. Möbel teilweise abgenutzt und verschmutzt. Abgeranzter Föhn im Flur da es im Badezimmer keine Steckdosen gibt. In den Zimmern zwei zusammengeschobene Matratzen auf dem Boden und Gummibärchen von den Vorgästen. Vorhänge in den Zimmern sichtbar nicht gewaschen. Undichte Balkontür im Zimmer (spürbarer Luftzug). Keine Sitzpölster für Balkonsitze. Stark verschmutztes Waschlappen in der Küche (ungewaschen – wurde einfach umgedreht). Kein Schreibmaterial (kein Kugelschreiber, Block) Kein Türschild „Bitte nicht stören“ in den Zimmern. Unsere gewaschene Wäsche wurde aus der Waschmaschine heraus auf den dreckigen Boden gelegt. Laute Nachbarn - hauptsächlich tschechische Bewohner die bis in die Morgenstunden sehr laut gefeiert und gesungen haben. Für Familien mit Kindern und Jugendlichen nicht geeignet - einfach zu laut für sie ist. Wurden vom Inhaber Dingen beschuldigt die wir nicht gewesen sind. Hochwertige Fahrräder wurden einfach unsachgemäß umgestellt und dadurch beschädigt (Lackplatzer und tiefe Kratzer im Lack). Grillstelle verdreckt. !!! Werden von den Gästen ausgeschlossen und werden von den Gästen der Polizei angedroht wenn wir klingeln sollten !!! Parkplatz mit zu wenig Stellplätzen - daher 300 Meter Fußweg zum Auto. Zu den Bädern: Keine Steckdosen vorhanden. Schimmel und Rost in Dusche und WC. Abfluss der Dusche verstopft. !!!! Nicht empfehlenswert !!!!! Very noisy - the guesthouse is right on a busy street. Extremely loud air conditioning. Furniture partly worn and dirty. Abgeranzter hair dryer in the hallway as there are no sockets in the bathroom. In the rooms two mattresses pushed together on the floor and gummy bears from the guests. Curtains in the rooms visible not washed. Leaky balcony door in the room (noticeable draft). No seat cushions for balcony seats. Heavily soiled washcloth in the kitchen (unwashed - was simply turned over). No writing material (no ballpoint pen, pad) No "Do not disturb" door sign in the rooms. Our washed laundry was put out of the washing machine on the dirty floor. Loud neighbors - mainly Czech residents who partied and sang very loudly until the early hours of the morning. Not suitable for families with children and teenagers - it is just too loud for them. Were accused by the owner of things that we were not. High-quality bicycles were simply improperly repositioned and damaged as a result (paint cracks and deep scratches in the paint). Dirty grill area. !!! Are excluded by the guests and threatened by the guests of the police if we should ring the bell !!! Parking lot with too few spaces - therefore a 300 meter walk to the car. To the bathrooms: No sockets available. Mold and rust in the shower and toilet. Clogged shower drain. !!!! Not recommended !!!!!
s	shiny boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns hier (3 leute) ein Zimmer gemietet um 4 Tage eine schöne Zeit in Leogang zu haben, unser Balkon hatte ein sehr schöne Aussicht und das Apartment hatte ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche im Wohnzimmer und ein kleines aber ausreichendes Bad mit Dusche und Klo. Die Waschmaschine und den Trockner gab es unten im Fahrrad/Abstellraum, der relativ überfüllt mit Fahrrädern war als wir dort ankamen, einen Parkplatz gab es dort pro raum. Das Apartment lag direkt an der Straße, man hatte es auch nicht all zu weit zum Lift. Aber die Betten waren STEIN hart, also nichts für Schönheitsschläfer! Einen kleinen Fernseher gab es auch vor dem Bett, für mich alles das es brauch 5 von 5 Sternen!° We rented a room here (3 people) to have a good time in Leogang for 4 days, our balcony had a very nice view and the apartment had a bedroom, a kitchen in the living room and a small but adequate bathroom with shower and toilet . The washer and dryer were downstairs in the bicycle / storage room, which was relatively overcrowded with bicycles when we got there, there was one parking space per room. The apartment was right on the street and it wasn't too far to the elevator. But the beds were STONE hard, so nothing for beauty sleepers! There was also a small TV in front of the bed, for me everything that needs 5 out of 5 stars! °

The house is really close to the slopes and it provides you with anything you would prolly need on your skiing endeavours. Nice and simple, definitely reccomend paying a visit.
