H	Holger Falk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind zum ersten mal in diesem wunderschönen Aparthotel, in der Bio-Suite. Die Ausstattung des Appartement ist sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Hier bekommt man Lust selbst zu kochen und die Zeit im Urlaub zu genießen. Auf Wunsch kann man auch im Hotel frühstücken oder den Brötchen Service nutzen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr komfortabel und großzügig und auch hier mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Und der Blick aus der Sauna und dem Ruheraum ist direkt auf das schöne Bergpanorama ausgerichtet. Gitti und Hansjörg sind freundliche und äußerst zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich direkt herzlich aufgenommen. Wir können das Hotel auf jedenfall weiter empfehlen. Vor allem für Familien bietet das Hotel sehr viel. Wir wünschen der Familie Koch weiterhin so viel Erfolg und alles Gute für diese tolle Unterkunft. Wir wissen schon jetzt das wir gerne wieder kommen. Julia & Holger Falk We are for the first time in this beautiful aparthotel, in the bio suite. The equipment of the apartment is very high quality and designed with great attention to detail. Here you get the urge to cook yourself and enjoy the time on vacation. On request, you can also have breakfast in the hotel or use the bread service. The wellness area is very comfortable and spacious and designed with attention to detail. And the view from the sauna and the relaxation room is aimed directly at the beautiful mountain panorama. Gitti and Hansjörg are friendly and extremely courteous hosts. You immediately feel warmly welcomed. We can definitely recommend the hotel. The hotel offers a lot, especially for families. J	Janin B.-K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren in einem Apartmenthaus was zum Stacherhof gehört untergebracht (200 m entfernt) und durften die Anlage nutzen. Leider wurden wir sehr unhöflich von den Gastgebern behandelt, wegen eines Konflikts (Dachfenster während kochen Minispalt geöffnet) Man stürmte in unser Apartment und beschimpfte uns vor unseren noch sehr kleinen Kindern. Laut Gastgeberin wäre das völlig in Ordnung, Kinder müssen auch mal merken wenn was nicht richtig gemacht wird, so ihre Aussage. Meine Kinder hatten dann Angst und wollten nicht mehr zum Naturteich. Leider ließ sich der Konflikt nicht auf sachlicher Ebene mit der Gastgeberin klären,. Ich gehe nicht weiter ins Detail, wir waren von der Art und Weise sehr schockiert. Überall in der Wohnung hängen Verbotsschilder...bitte Kamin nicht benutzen, Dachfenster nicht öffnen usw. Der Naturteich ist auch absolut nicht für Nichtschwimmer geeignet, da es keinen flachen Einstieg gibt. Wurde uns am Telefon auch anders berichtet, so konnten wir mit unserem 3 jährigen Sohn den Teich nicht nutzen. Der Stacherhof sieht toll aus, allerdings fehlt die Liebe zum Gast. We were accommodated in an apartment house which belongs to the Stacherhof (200 m away) and were allowed to use the facility. Unfortunately we were treated very rude by the hosts due to a conflict (skylight opened during cooking mini gap) They rushed into our apartment and verbally abused us in front of our very young children. According to the hostess, that would be perfectly fine, children also have to notice when something is not done right, she says. My children were then scared and no longer wanted to go to the natural pond. Unfortunately, the conflict could not be resolved on a factual level with the hostess. I won't go into any further detail, we were very shocked by the way it was done. Prohibition signs hang everywhere in the apartment ... please do not use the fireplace, do not open the skylight, etc. The natural pond is absolutely not suitable for non-swimmers, as there is no shallow entry. If we were told otherwise on the phone, we could not use the pond with our 3 year old son. The Stacherhof looks great, but there is no love for the guest.

Die Natur Suite die wir hatten war toll ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren vom Frühstück, der familiären Atmosphäre und dem Saunabereich begeistert. Ganz großes Lob verdienen die immer freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber! Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Koch für diesen schönen und erholsamen Kurzurlaub bei Euch. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Unfortunately, we were only there for 3 days and will not be there for the last time. The nature suite we had was well equipped and tastefully decorated. We loved the breakfast, the family atmosphere and the sauna area. The always friendly and courteous hosts deserve great praise! Thank you, dear Koch family, for this wonderful and relaxing short vacation with you. We would love to come back!
