★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute terrible. This does not fit into a vacation experience.. cannot recommend. I’ve been many times to Flachau Area and this hotel is below all. Sauna is dirty, breakfast bread is hard and staff is unfriendly. There are not enough proper beds for the amount of guests - and the sleeping COUCHES are uncomfortable. Better choose another place and pay some Euros more... (of course this is not my real name!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent four nights at this Aparthotel this summer. The location, surrounded by mountains, was great. The rooms were spacious and clean: They were desinfected due to covid-19. The hostess was so friendly and helpful. We got recommendations for things to see and do in the area. Last but not least outside they got go-karts for your children to play with. A huge recommendation!
