M	Maik Werner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne kleine Ferienwohnungen. Der Balkon lädt zum Frühstück ein, dass man sich in der kleinen Küche zubereitet. Die Wohnungen zeigen aber schon ihr Alter. Nice little apartments. The balcony invites you for breakfast, that you cook in the small kitchen. The apartments already show their age.

Buchung wurde spontan und sehr kurzfristig über einen Vermittler durchgeführt, aber trotzdem hat alles bestens geklappt. Apartments are functionally furnished, very clean and in a good location. The check in at the hotel was very pleasant, the staff very friendly. Booking was done spontaneously and very quickly via a broker, but still everything worked out well.
D	Daniela Boeck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider keine Vier Sterne Einrichtung. Das Apartment ist sehr altmodisch, Möbel im Stil der 70iger Jahre oder Eiche rustikal. Das Badezimmer furchtbar hässlich und alt, mit undichter Duschabtrennung wodurch das ganze Bad nass wurde. Leider fand auch keine Reinigung des Apartments statt bzw. wurden die Betten am nächsten Tag nicht gemacht. Hier stimmen Preis Leistung definitiv nicht. Lobend hervorheben kann man das Frühstück, für das man aber erst ca 10 Minuten durch Kufstein laufen musste. Das Personal dort wirkte aber sehr gestresst, während des Frühstücks wurde geräumt und staubgesaugt. Das passt alles nicht zu einem guten Hotel. Da ich zwei Tage dasselbe erlebt habe, kann man auch nicht von einem schlechten Tag ausgehen. Ich kann dieses Hotel definitiv NICHT weiterempfehlen Unfortunately, no four star establishment. The apartment is very old fashioned, furniture in the style of the 70s or rustic oak. The bathroom awful ugly and old, with leaky shower partition which made the whole bathroom wet. Unfortunately there was no cleaning of the apartment or the beds were not made the next day. Here, price performance definitely does not agree. You can emphasize the breakfast, but for about 10 minutes you had to walk through Kufstein. The staff seemed very stressed, during the breakfast was vacated and vacuumed. This does not go well with a good hotel. Since I have experienced the same thing for two days, you can not expect a bad day either. I definitely can not recommend this hotel

Ich bin vom Fach und war wirklich begeistert über die extreme Sauberkeit. Das Bad glitzert streifenfrei. Auch um das Haus sehr sehr gepflegt. Gebe 100 Sterne Pico Bello clean everything. The fittings shine, towels and bed linen are freshly ironed and cleanly ironed. Absolutely not a speck of dust. I'm a specialist and I was really excited about the extreme cleanliness. The bathroom glitters without streaks. Also very, very well cared for around the house. Give 100 stars

Purely nice and underground garage. For me, a revelation. You only need to go to another hotel 500m away. Overall great. In the picture, a view from the room.

M	Martin Čítek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place in town and nice studio too. Only checkout disappointed me because service cleanup before 10 a.m. but we have time official to 12 a.m.. We were on walk and on return suprised us cleaning stuf. Kufstein is good place for holiday.
