Worn out and pretty dirty. The landlords know nothing but German and entry into the apartment was not made possible by appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die fünf Sterne reichen eigentlich nicht aus..... So gut wie hier hab ich noch nie geschlafen. Würde ich gerne wieder buchen.....aber andere wissen auch, wie schön es dort ist...es ist ständig ausgebucht. Absolut Top und empfehlenswert!!!! Sauber, ordentlich, sehr schön gelegen....
The five stars are actually not enough ..... I've never slept as well as here. I would like to book again ..... but others also know how nice it is there ... it is always fully booked. Absolutely top and recommendable !!!! Clean, tidy, very nicely located ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unchanged laundry after the tourists before us, we managed to find spiders in and under the bed, filth and full of weeds in the garden, tv is a joke as you can get like 7 channels and the playstation advertised on booking was not working. Preety much the whole description is misleading

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean, cosy, adequate facilities, complimentary coffee and tea, nice homely decor. The tv channels are great!! At least this is the only place I stayed in Austria that I get to watch CNN news.
The landlady is very nice! My flight is at night so I asked if I could check out later but as expected such a nice apartment is in great demand so late check out is not possible but she offered to help think of a way for me to leave my luggage so I could easily claim it later when I need to go to the airport. This is not a hostel nor a hotel, she is not obligated to do that but I really appreciate that she found a solution for me.
If I am working in Graz and I need to rent a place long term, this would be the one, i.e. if it’s available.
