★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, es mangelt an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und helfen wo sie können. Hier kann man prima Urlaub machen. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder her.
Great apartment, very clean, nothing is missing. The owners are very nice and help wherever they can. You can have a great holiday here. We are happy to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto bella, curata, con appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario. Per i bambini una stanza giochi all'interno e una terrazza con trampolino, monopattino etc al primo piano. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. A pochi metri minimarket e fermata dell'autobus.
Very nice, well-kept structure, with apartments equipped with everything you need. For children a playroom inside and a terrace with trampoline, scooter etc on the first floor. Owners very kind and helpful. A few meters away there is a minimarket and a bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolles Hotel mit super sauberen, großzügigen Zimmern / Wohnungen. Gretel ist einfach nur super nett und gastfreundlich. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und freuen uns schon auf den Sommerurlaub bei euch.
Great hotel with super clean, spacious rooms / apartments. Gretel is just super nice and hospitable. We enjoyed the days very much and look forward to the summer vacation with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Ende Juni für eine Woche mit unserem acht Monate alten Sohns bei der Familie Neier. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft - alles top!
Auch die Lage ist super. Die Orte Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis sind gerade für Familien mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
At the end of June we stayed with our eight month old son for a week with the Neier family. Friendliness, cleanliness and willingness to help - everything was great!
The location is great too. The places Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis are especially recommended for families with children. We would love to come back.

We stayed at Karlspitz apartment. It was really comfortable 3 rooms with anything we needed for a comfortable stay. With beautiful view to opposite side of the river Inn valley (lots of high mountain peeks) we felt really relaxed every morning.
The place is located near the center of this small Town Ladis, really close to a Bus station and around 500m to the Ladis Bahn.
The hosts - family Neier - that run that place are exceptional people always keen on helping guests.
I truly recommend this place for a summer stay.
