Für uns war es das erste mal in einer Ferienwohnung und sind totall begeistert gewesen. Very nice hosts who have for every wish, at any time, an open ear. Apartment is nicely furnished and all things are available for daily use. For us it was the first time in a holiday apartment and have been totally thrilled.

Die Wohnungen sind liebevoll eingerichtet und die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär. Ein Stern fehlt noch, da im Moment noch die WLAN Ausstattung fehlt. Have been going to the Kogoj family for many years because we really like it there. The apartments are lovingly furnished and the atmosphere is very familiar. A star is still missing, because at the moment still the WLAN equipment is missing.

Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Zams und Landeck. Mit der Tirolwest Card, die wir von dem Vermieter erhalten haben, konnten viele Angebote kostengünstig genutzt werden. Urlaub im Apart Kogoj können wir nur empfehlen. Lieben Gruß Bärbel und Bernd We were very satisfied with the well-equipped apartment. The landlords are very nice. The area offers beautiful hiking opportunities. Many shopping opportunities can be found in Zams and Landeck. With the Tirolwest Card, which we received from the landlord, many offers could be used inexpensively. We can only recommend a holiday at Apart Kogoj. Love from Bärbel and Bernd
U	Ulrike Clever on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir freuen uns schon Woche vorher auf den Urlaub bei Familie Kogoj und werden noch viele Jahre treu bleiben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und stets um das Wohlbefinden der Urlauber besorgt. Gerne sitzen wir nach einem Tag im Schnee, am Nachmittag in der Sonne im Garten. Alle Wohnungen sind groß, hell, modern und mit Liebe eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man im Haushalt benötigt. Als Besonderheit sind nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher inclusive, sondern ebenso Nützliches wie Spüli und Schwämme. Die Lage zu vielen Skigebieten ist optimal, der Hausberg ideal für Familie zu günstigen Preisen und die Aussicht auf die vielen Gipfel und in die Täler ist atemberaubend. Wer nicht Skifahren möchte, findet viele Wanderwege direkt vor der Haustüre, radelt am Inn entlang oder geht in Landeck shoppen. Wir kommen natürlich nächstes Jahr wieder. We look forward to the holiday with the family Kogoj and will remain faithful for many years. The hosts are very welcoming and always concerned about the well-being of the tourists. We like to sit in the snow after a day, in the afternoon in the sun in the garden. All apartments are large, bright, modern and furnished with love, everything is available what you need in the household. As a special feature not only bed linen and towels are included, but also useful things such as Spüli and sponges. The location to many ski resorts is optimal, the local mountain ideal for family at reasonable prices and the views of the many peaks and into the valleys is breathtaking. If you do not want to ski, you will find many hiking trails right on your doorstep, cycle along the Inn or go shopping in Landeck. Of course we will come back next year.

Als Unterkunft wählten wir ein 5 Personen Appartement bei der Familie Kogoj. Die Wahl war super, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte, die Einrichtung allumfassend, sauber und zweckmäßig. Frau Kogoj war stets ansprechbar und in allen Fragen kompetent auskunftsbereit. Die ruhige und doch zentrale Lage des Hauses, mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge, machten den Urlaub zu einem wahren Erlebnis. Die 8 Tage bei der Familie Kogoj in Tirol werden eine bleibende Erinnerung für uns sein. Dafür herzlichen Dank Familie Kogoj. As seniors and typical flatlanders, we had the desire to experience the high Alps again. For this we booked the Tyrolean town of Landeck. As accommodation we chose a 5 persons apartment with the family Kogoj. The choice was great, the price-performance ratio was right, the decor was all-encompassing, clean and functional. Ms. Kogoj was always approachable and knowledgeable in all matters. The quiet yet central location of the house, overlooking the snow-capped mountains, made the holiday a true experience. The 8 days with the family Kogoj in Tyrol will be a lasting memory for us. Thank you very much Family Kogoj.

Die Wohnung war super sauber, schön eingerichtet und preislich angemessen. Frau Kogoj war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hatte viele Ausflugstipps für uns. Der Ort Perjen war hervorragend geeignet, um von dort aus Tirol und auch Südtirol zu erkunden. Am Tag der Abreise war Frau Kogoj sehr kulant und hat sogar am nächsten Tag nachgefragt, ob wir gut zu Hause angekommen sind. Das Appartement- Haus Kogoj ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. We stayed 9 nights in the apartment Landeck and were completely satisfied. The apartment was super clean, nicely decorated and reasonably priced. Mrs. Kogoj was very nice and helpful and had many excursion tips for us. The place Perjen was ideal for exploring Tyrol and South Tyrol from there. On the day of departure Mrs. Kogoj was very accommodating and even asked the next day if we arrived home well. The apartment house Kogoj is unreservedly recommended.
K	Klara Wells on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just returned from a lovely break at the Apart Kogoj in Landeck/Perjen, Austria where we have been staying almost yearly for the last 15 years, at times bringing along family and friends. We always enjoy our stay there, as both Mr and Mrs Kogoj are the perfect 'hosts', friendly and accommodating. The apartments (self catering, 1 & 2 bedroom) are well equipped, bright and kept spotlessly clean, and provide the necessary base for a good holiday. Apart Kogoj is ideally situated for summer and winter holidays; excursions, biking, walking in the summer and of course skiing in the winter. Very close to Italy and Switzerland. We are already thinking of perhaps another visit next year. LandKW, UK, September 2017
