F	Frank Gerritsen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIET DOEN! heel gehorig appartement en de eigenaren, die in hetzelfde appartement wonen, klagen en zeuren verschrikkelijk. zo erg dat ze gewoon binnen komen vallen en schreeuwend hun mening geven (deuren die dichtslaan, lawaai overlast) zelfs op de dag van vertrek dreigden ze de borg van 500 niet terug te geven omdat het afval niet goed gescheiden zou zijn.. belachelijk volk! Verder is het een grote ijsplaat voor de deur waardoor er een aantal zijn gevallen. We boeken nooit meer hier!! DO NOT! very noisy apartment and the owners, who live in the same apartment, complain and whine terribly. so much so that they just drop in and shout their opinion (doors slamming, noise nuisance) even on the day of departure they threatened not to return the 500 deposit because the rubbish wouldn't be properly separated .. ridiculous people! Furthermore, it is a large ice shelf in front of the door so that a number of them fell. We never book here again !!

A big minus is that the apartment was situated at the third floor of a family house, having the owners living on the first and second floor. We were a group of 11 persons, and we had also other friends around Kappl, we came all together to enjoy skiing. The owners were very unpolite and rude, and they demanded 10 euros per visitors which wanted to stay just a few hours. The house rules stated that visitors are allowed, and the owners didn't allow us to receive anyone. Their reason was that they were afraid that the visitors will use the kitchen. Also, they were controlling, especially the couple from the first floor, they counted the ski boots and the cars all the time. On top of that, 2 rooms are at the basement and they are small and very cold. I do not recommend staying here, mainly because of the controlling atitude of the owners.
B	Bianca B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of housing in Austria. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a house which belongs to a weird family. We were not allowed to receive any guests, and although the house rules stated that we should let the owners know whenever guests are to be expected, the owners made a big fuss out of this, and requested 18 euros per guest(which was also the living cost per person per week). We let the young owners know that we will receive guests, but apparently the older owners(parent of the couple that live at the second floor) did not agree. The result was that on our last night, the older couple shouted at us and behaved very rudely, and requested that we should pay for our guests. The old lady also counted our ski boots every evening and was very attentive when we were coming or leaving. Now I wonder if they went through our stuff. My suggestion is to find another apartment, unless you want to deal with these people. There are better options around. 2 of the rooms are at the basement and they are very small and very cold.
