Our apartment was very nice. House a bit cold. Way to the elevator also quite steep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were no checkout instructions. No instructions to take out the trash. Upon checkout we were told the place was a “mess” and charged €50. This is absolutely absurd considering we had no instructions on how to leave the place. Please provide your guests with clear instructions for checkout and have someone who speaks English to communicate that if it’s not written on a piece of paper.
I still have no clue how it was “a mess”....
