Z	Zdravko Slavov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So where do I start - the apartments that are supposed to be for 6 people require 2 of these people to sleep literally in what used to be a wardrobe - no wonder 2 bunk-beds are hardly fitting inside of the wardrobe which is supposed to be a room for 2. The other 2 of the people will need to sleep on a sofa-bed in the living room which is old and uncomfortable. The furniture looks like it has been collected from a movie set about the good old days of the Soviet era (and is probably exactly that old). Probably the worst of all were the pillows - never had a pillow so uncomfortable and I suppose they won't refund the money I will need to spend for a chiropractor to get my neck back into shape after this holiday. I go to Austria every season for at least a week in the last 6 years and have a pretty good idea what a good value for money would be in the area - definitely not worth staying there for the price they are asking. If they discount their prices with say 50% maybe it will be an ok choice, if you are travelling on a tight budget.

Although we skied all around the Ziller valley, Fugen seemed a very good location to drive back and forth between the ski spots. The accommodation at Denise is clean and cozy, very closed to MPreis shop, skibus station, Therme, railway station and has private parking in front. Staff was helpful and friendly and the amenities included everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and dinners. Enjoyed hundred percent, It's a definite go!

The apartments don’t have a proper layout: some rooms are like a tent for two people, there is only one toilet for four, five or more guests. The staff is unfriendly and even rude - no one tells you that you have a ski wardrobe or where to dump the garbage. So... you have to guess everything. The most outrageous is that one of the staff members enters the day before you leave the Denise to search/inspect for damages. This happens while you are skiing somewhere around. Then they call you to go to the reception and pay for any damage they found. It doesn’t matter did you do or not this demage. I strongly recommend finding another better place for your ski vacation. Dear Denise, We arrived first from our group early in the afternoon (around 13:15 P.M.) and had to wait to prepare our flat - after 14:00 P.M. We were two young families from the 4th floor and I think it's not appropriate for you to talk on this way. Our apartment was so clean when we left - we throwed the whole garbage, cleaned our dishes in the dishwasher and even got our beds fixed. We didn’t have anything broken. So your comments are not for the right person. All members of our group were very disappointed from the visit in your apart hotel, not only our two couples. We go skiing every year in Austria and no one treated us like you.
